      Firstly, thank you so much for watching . I truly appreciate it. The Scottish countryside is beautiful and being in nature after years and years of city living I find it really healing and therapeutic. I am sure you will find spring in the UK so incredibly uplifting too. 🙏☺️

    Thank you for sharing 😊Getting to understand my own weakness , and needs Realising everybody has struggles , taking time to think help stop panic and making rash decisions , dealing with difficulties in small bite size solutions . Practical thinking has served me well. Being grateful switches to an uplifting frame of mind ready for what ever you might face .
