@@cemmehmet382 he's not trying to play the way Wenger did. That's rubbish and you clearly either don't watch Arsenal or didn't watch Wengers teams. Arteta is a completely different style manager and plays COMPLETELY different football. I watched every, single Wenger game in his time at the club. You don't know what you're on about pal. Probably a kid who never watched a proper Wenger team. Arteta is playing like a hybrid Pep team. Nothing like a Wenger team.

@@cemmehmet382 well, for 42 you haven't much of an understanding of the game. "Tippy tippy" as you call it is not what Arsenal are playing now, also its Tika Taka, which I'm sure you already knew. Arsenal now are focused on creating overloads, using units of players, they change shape and play a fluid form of football (just like Pep) shifting formation depending on whether they're in possession or without. They use inverted fullbacks which essentially become midfielders when in attack. The game has come a long way in the last ten years. The death of the No10 role caused mainly by the geggen press. Arteta plays out from the back and uses Ramsdales distribution in order to try and beat the press as well. This Arteta team have far more in common with Pep than Wenger and again, mate, it looks like you don't understand much more than surface level football, which is fine, just don't go around talking waffle about things you don't understand.

Okay I actually think officially that there's something not quite right with Rory neurologically. He's always said in his videos that 5th and an FA Cup would be a disaster for Arsenal and poor from Arteta, now when he was talking about Conte finishing 5th and winning an FA Cup when he was at Chelsea a great and successful season. What is going on Rory. I honestly think there's something wrong with him now after having a hunch
It's just called being bias mate
Arsenal could win 5 FA Cups in a row, but it wouldn't help them challenge for the premier league, and it wouldn't put them back on the big European stage again. Then in due course, the financial gap between Arsenal and the likes of City, Pool, Chelsea, Spurs, plus the rest of the continent, would only get worse. FA Cups won't attract more investment from Kroenke, and they won't attract world class players on their own.
Chelsea under Conte & Abramovich were a club in an entirely different position. They would spend big regardless of whether they got CL revenue or not, and were capable of going from 10th to 1st in the space of 1 season. So the trophies they can grab along the way are what matters most.
"I actually think officially that there's something not quite right with Rory neurologically"

Brentford 19th easily his worst take. Thomas Frank is one of the best managers in the league.
As of right now has to be the haaland ...mount looks meeeh hasnt contributed much of anything, chelsea as a whole looks much worse than ppl expected but only 4 games in, meanwhile haaland is almost hallway to the goals he predicted he'll get & were 4 games in lollll, the other take is just contradictory so its bad but saying he doesnt think haaland will get 15 that he'll do really well to reach that number is just soooooooooooooooo stupid.

Kane is a decent shout but mount is horrendous, soo many better players Son, Foden, Van dijk, Haaland, Sterling, Saka, Dias, Cancelo
The two best players in the league since the joined have been Salah and De Bruyne. No one has come close. I'd say Salah is above De Bruyne. Every season there's a new challenger for the best but these two have been consistently at it for the past 6 years.
@@Getroy what about Son, have you lead in your brain?
Arteta's success not quantifiable!!! What nonsense. I'm not an arsenal fan but the improvement just structurally to team is clear. Before he came Arsenal were one of the worse sides in chances against, shots on goal from the opposition. The youngest team in the top European leagues, a good defensive record. Rory is all hyperbole and little depth.
And people forget emery was shocking after his first season
But it's not clear that's his point. You say they have improved defensively, but have they improved their league position which is what matters, or look any better then before Arteta?
@@r4h4al yes, they look massively better. He took over part way through a season when we languished in 12th place after 19 games. It was a sliding slope already. We finished 8th. He has then had to go through a process of removing all the deadwood and getting right profile of players, which we now have. Our team looks far better and ready to compete, and these players could easily stay together for 4-5 years. If you don’t see a process and see what Arteta has and is doing, then you’re purposely being disingenuous.
Yeah they have improved defensively clearly as last season they finished 5th where the 2 previous seasons they only got 8th
@@r4h4al That's a valid point but he said clearly that there is nothing quantifiable that shows Arsenal has improved or is on the way up he is questionable about the so-called "process and that it has no merit. Arsenal in last months of Emery were imploding and for over a decade have had significant structural problems, look no further than Arsenal fans crying out of a Defensive midfielder. They would concede real attacking chances on goal on a regular basis by all teams. This is now very much rectified. Not perfect of course. Will Arteta get them to top 4 maybe not? Maybe all Arteta will be is the person who sets the foundation for someone else to take to the next level. But he has without question built a viable foundation to build from.
Who's here after Haaland has scored 42 goals?
Only Rory Jennings could make a prediction that bad that Haaland turns out to break the record for most goals in a single premier league season
Sometimes I think Rory just says “controversial” things for the sake of being the pantomime villain…for views or clicks or likes/dislikes
Good shout. That said, he's spot on that anyone expecting Haaland to win the golden boot in his first season might as well expect United to win the league. Haaland is having the same effect on pundits that Lukaku did and while I certainly don't expect him to be that poor, if he gets 15-20 that'll be a damn fine first season but City still don't win 38 games. Liverpool and City will be in the 90-95 pt range with fine margins between as it's been.
it's literally all he does. He flip flops his opinion literally week to week

@@oisinhosty3035 Chelsea came 3rd under Sarri and won the Europa League and he was deemed not good enough. Hazard left, Kovacic came in, they were the only changes to the first team apart from Gary Cahill who was let go cause he was in the downturn. Yes they couldn’t replace Hazard as there was a transfer embargo, but it was basically the same team and the got top 4 because Leicester handed it to them and nothing in Europe. He didn’t overachieve. Any half decent manager would’ve achieved that
rory's waffling never fails to amaze me.

This go down as the worse take in football punditry 😆

😭😭😂😂💀💀
I'm surprised Theo got more sense in his predictions than Rory. Rory, listen man, I know u're a chelsea fan but at least makes it logical for ppl to follow ur arguments and predictions.
short term success is not what arsenal are searching for, they're currently doing a whole rebuild, and ofc that will takes time. also brentford 19? what in the world?

Rory once said that following Conte around Europe was one of his best memories as a Chelsea fan… Chelsea weren’t in Europe that season.
What season? What are you talking about? Conte won the league with Chelsea in 2016-17, and then they were clearly in the UCL the following year. Barcelona knocked them out in the last 16 over two legs.
@@TyrannosavageRekt how can being knocked out round of 16 be one of his best memories as a Chelsea fan. Multiple leagues, champions leagues, signings big moments? He just got confused because he blindly love conte so much. As Rory has been on UA-cam more he’s gotten more and more delusional
@@henrydodson655 Maybe it was the first time he's ever followed his team around Europe for the Champion's League? Maybe the experience was about the camaraderie of the fans, and not just the results? There are any number of reasons. I don't agree with many of Rory's takes, including most of them in this video, I'm just pointing out that Chelsea *were* in Europe under Conte.
Let us all laugh at Rory😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
It’s so very deserved 😂😂😂😂😂😂
Rory's takes So far...
1. Haaland Flop = LOL take of the century
2. Tottenham are amazing = going the other direction
3. United underachievers = biggest overachievers so far
4. Nottingham overachievers = 15th, few steps away from relegation
5. Best transfer Sterling = Biggest flop transfer
6. Player of the season Mason Mount = not even the most hardcore Mount fan will say that now
I think he might've had a shocker with some of those things.
The Leeds relegation predictions highlight who knows football outside the prem, most of the knowledgeable european football pundits have got them staying up
Don’t let Rory back it’s painful to listen to him
Man, how much more can Rory get horribly wrong in 1 video?!! Arteta not good enough, Brentford to get relegated, Haaland to be a transfer flop, Sterling best signing and Mount player of the year! He’s only made 1 apology video for Haaland, he needs to make another 4
This gets worse every 30 minutes he plays 😂😂😂
Rory immediately turns into Mikel Arteta describing the unquantifiable ways Eriksen helped Brentford.
Haaland watched this and went like, "Hold my boots, mate."
The ironic thing with Rory, is that had he just even remembered Lewandowski then nobody would have doubted Haaland, in the bundesliga Haaland was the only striker even able to compete with Lewandowski for goals, which at that point was probably the best striker in the world.
I am a Chelsea fan and I would say that the improvements Arteta has made can be seen at Arsenal but one part of Arsenal's game that is the big question mark is that against the big clubs they cannot defend well. They are best when they are on the ball but without it things can get ugly pretty fast. I feel they have a good squad year after year and let's see what this season brings.
only against united we played bad in defence, we played 4 big teams Man u (L) Liverpool (W) Tottenham (W) Chelsea (W) The reason we lost against Man unitwd was because we got robbed,Rory’s takes on arsenal are so bad even thogdens they both put arsenal 5th and 6th and now arsenal are 1st after every 14 games we played this season
19 in and 50 points recorded, been top since match day 3.
Phillips wasnt brought in to take rodri 's place in the first team so why a flop
this video is impressive, impressive how rory has possibly got everything wrong
As a Chelsea fan I can never understand Rory. When last season we were in for Haaland he was saying that he's the greatest player ever and now when you hear him talk it's like he fell of the face of the earth and don't get me started with mount being the best player in the league
Mount is a very good player and he would maybe even get into the current Man City side, over someone like Grealish, but saying he is going to be the best player in the entire PL and the world cup aswell is absolutely insane
@@thetruth4654 I don’t think he would get into city’s side. I think grealish was playing really well and a big fish in a small pond at villa where he could stand out more and city broke the bank for him - now they have to keep him in the squad even though they’ve realised he’s not that great. Kind of like how United kept playing maguire even though he’d fucked up continuous times
A fit Haaland gets 25 i dont think many defences will cope with his speed and his awareness as he proved at West Ham in his debut game,ok it wasnt West Hams first choice defence but seeing Mitrovitch proving too quick for Van Dikj and getting a penalty just cemented my prediction and will be interesting to see how it plays out!
Edited-9th October- think I might just as well edit my first prediction as it looks like Haaland in all competitions is going to get about 50 maybe 35 prem and 15 in other comps the fella looks unstoppable plus of course he has great players round him to help him get there!
Will be interesting to see how many he does get.
Would of liked to see how he looked on the world stage for his country but it’s a shame they didn’t make it.
Haaland will do well. But judging Virgil on one game is borderline ridiculous. Some people have short term memory and shows how fickle fans are today. Virgil has been the best defender in the world by a country mile for how many years now. No defender currently is in his league and if you don’t believe that just ask players and managers outside of Liverpool.
@@AA-xb6vxwhat do you think of virgil now
LMAO when I saw Mount as POTY 🤣🤣🤣
I was so dead ☠️☠️🤣🤣🤣
Rory slandering Arteta and his unquantifiable impact on The Arsenal and then goes on about the “institution of United” 🤯
Hence why he said they would underachive aha what don't you understand?
Not really the same thing though are they
Every Arsenal fan was Arteta out 12 months ago. Arteta is a terrible manager
@@liam5382 exactly lmfaooo
It took Haaland 9 games to score 15 goals. One of the worst takes I've ever heard.
Well this aged well, such great predictions and arguments 😂
Coming back now after Haaland just broke the record for most goals in a premier league season and watching Rory’s take is hilarious 😂
Rory talks about how Arteta hes done nothing "quantifiable" like we're in some engineering lecture. What Arteta has done is he has bought a fractured fan base together, the arsenal fans loves the squad and the Emirates is louder than ever before.
It is typical attitude from a Chelsea fan, the sole reason they support their team is superficial as soon as they start losing most of them would forget what their manager has done for them, just like how quickly Chelsea sacked Conte.
He also then said Eriksen brought something unquantifiable to Brentford 🙄
Also every Chelsea fan really dislikes him
Rory just talks rubbish
@@lewismorgan13 do they? He's my only exposure to Chelsea fanbase so assumed he was on the same line as most others

Rory has always had a grudge against arsenel, sour grapes. Look where we are now
Rory did not just say mount would get player of the season 💀
Rory had some honkers here but the worst shout has to be Thogden saying Kane will score only 10 goals. Mental.
Ten goals! Mad.
Whose here after Haaland broke the scoring record
I had to check to see how many people came back to this video😂😂😂
Streets will never forget Rory’s prediction
Man, could not make it past the bit where Rory goes “that the problem with the youth of today, they don’t appreciate the full value of the game 😂
Some people don’t seem to understand that..... They’re The Problem With The Youth Today 🤣🤣
Right after he said he didn't understand what's so great about Arteta because it's all unquantifiable he then defends Eriksen at Brentford by saying what he did was unquantifiable...
@meeds typical Rory lol
Rory saying about how thogden is talking about things that “aren’t quantifiable” and then going on to claim that thogden is just apart of the younger generation when he talks about stats that are literally the most quantifiable things that thogden can present in an argument and claiming that he’s talking about pure stats and not about how the whole game played out where things like heart, spirit, determination and leadership would be very obviously on display, the very thing he just claimed isn’t relevant is one of the most confusing things I’ve ever heard in one of these debates.
Haaland has 14 goals already 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Make that 20 haaland prem goals now.🤣🤣
Well... this is awkward! 😂
This aged really well! 😅
