Absolutely love the trucks man. Just got the 22 f150 xlt and I love it. 5.0 for me. I had a 21 Silverado with 5.3 before. This truck is for sure a level up from that.
How's the ride on the LT Ridge grapplers? I love the ride of my stock truck right now, looking at getting it leveled with some ridge graplers but I want to keep the ride quality
Ride quality is good. Obviously slightly worse but still far better than the leveled 2018 I had. It ride quality is vastly improved in the 21 and I kept the stock shocks so overall it’s still smooth.
I wanted the 6.5, had to order. If you haul anything or use your bed for anything other than groceries, get the 6.5. I work out of mine, so the longer bed is a life saver. It's only a foot.
Trying to decide between the 20" version of those rims, or the 18". With off roading I need some sidewall, but those 20's and tire combo actually look alright

I know the screen protector (amazon?) and the rear diff spray (what did you use to undercoat) and do you recommend any other things you got on the truck. Do the wheels show a lot of brake dust or dust in general as they are slightly brown-ish already? Was thinking about doing the black glass but really digging the brownish look with the white. The screen protector is from Amazon. I used regular high temp black spray paint to treat the axle. Didn’t need to on my new one tho. I recommend getting a bed cover and if you do service yourself, a fumoto quick drain valve. Never really noticed any break dust tho as I wash the truck often.
There are supposedly multiple changes to convert to the workstation according to a few dealers I spoke with. My local one wanted $500+ to do the conversion as they said its not just the Top piece
I was looking at it yesterday and realize just how much plastic would have to be taken off just to get to the bolts that hold the center consul lid in place. A bit intimidating to say the least. I did notice however the interior work surface leather was smoother than the non surface one.

No link to the leveling kit, it was a 2.25” readylift leveling kit. Tires are Nitto Ridge Grapplers (load E) 295/60/20 (Amazon, America’s tires, major truck parts sites and tire shops) Wheels are fuel blitz (machine tint color) 20x9 with a +20 offset.

@@Di3sss The 2.25 inch ready lift leveling kit is off the 2020 F150. It is not officially approved for the 2021, but is compatible. I found an official installer of the readylift level kits and they agreed to put the 2.25 on and warranty it. The 2.0 is just as good.
The problem you will have swapping the work surface is the key hole for the lock. You would have to also swap that so that the new owner's key will work with it to lock it.
I will do power stroke driving impressions and other videos as well. I just wanted to get a video side-by-side as I’ve had buyers reach out throughout the day for the eco-boost. The diesel has good torque and plenty of power. Obviously won’t be racing anyone in it anytime soon haha. The Ecoboost is intoxicating tho.
I don't get it. You will save $0.04/ mile. 20k miles $800 savings but you will pay $8k for a new vehicle tax, title, registration, doc fee. It will take 10 years to come even.
I live in California. Diesel is much much cheaper than 91, upwards of 80 cents a gallon in certain spots. I drive 30k miles a year. Comes out to 4K to 5k a year cheaper fuel cost given that diesel is cheaper and it gets 25+ highway vs 14-16 highway on the ecoboost.

Diesel: locally it is about 60-80 cents cheaper per gallon than 91. 3.0 Powerstroke highway: 28.2-31.9 mph Ecoboost highway: 14.7-17.9 mpg The diesel truck only cost me $1000 more than the ecoboost. The better efficiency, cheaper fuel, and better reliability/ longevity is worth it.

I ordered the Tremor Package. MPGs are my concern which is why I’m trading my GMC AT4 6.2 which I get 13 city and 15 combined which is Inline with the government rating. Unfortunately the Tremor is not yet rated so although I expect a slight impact on combined Due to the lift and all terrain tires, if it’s lower than 18, I’m going to cancel and do the Platinum with the max tow. And you had the Antimatter, I’d be buying your Platimum. Trust me, if MPGs weren’t my concern, I’d ordered the Raptor. Best Believe Biden wants gas to be $10 per gallon if he had it his way

I’m sure the tremor will have similar numbers, maybe slightly worse given the tire set up. Idk. I’m guessing at this point. If you change your mind, lemme know. The EB is a beast and has many extras 😉

I know you have said a couple of times that the mileage did not change much after the mods, but I am still currently stock and am getting 19.8 Mpg combined for the 5,300 miles I've driven so far. I am wanting to do a 2" level with 33.5" tires, but I am not willing to drop down to sub 14 mpg to do it. What are your thoughts?
@@kyleburraston2980 these ecoboosts are unpredictable man. I honestly don’t know. My mpg wasn’t much better stock. Maybe stick as close as you can to the stock tire size and you’ll be fine.
12/26/22 diesel is now 1.60 more than gas where I live.

I didn’t re-calibrate the speedometer. It was barely off. I go over the fuel numbers at the end of the video for the eco-boost
