Lol watching you yank out the stock airbox reminds me of when I removed my spoiler to install risers and I snapped most of the standard clips that won't get used unless I go back stock lol
Can you make a video on how to safely jack up the car from all areas and where jacking points are. I'd love to do some mods myself and don't know about jacking up. I'm sure it'll help others as well who want to save on workshop fittings. Thanks
@@CarRambles thought so but thought I'd ask 👍🏻 picked up a secondhand filter n housing. So will fit it tomorrow. It'll replace my itg which was a sod to refit when I cleaned n oiled it
Revo is 100% a better built kit. Apparently Revo flows more for bigger turbos. However real work difference.... Not noticeable from what I've found. Think Revo aim 6-10bhp more than itg from there testing. They have results on Facebook somewhere
Hey man! I hope you are doing well? I was thinking of getting this Revo intake, because of your videos and because of the sound it makes of course haha. But i have a question tho, because I met another fiesta st driver, st200 to be exact. And he also has the same revo intake, but it doesn't make the 'stustustustu' sound like yours. So does the 'stustustu' sound fade with time? Does you intake still makes this sound? What is going on here haha. I would love to hear your respond, thank man!
Potentially you might be hearing the turbo / bov sound? If you get a recirculation valve for the turbo you'll get that noise regardless of the intake. I would also say ITG is the loudest intake noise you can get :)
@@CarRambles thank again for the quick response man! Haha I am really not looking for the loudest intake noise, but the noises like your revo intake, is beautiful! So if I were to install the revo intake on my car, i would get the same noise as yours right? And the intake noise of his st200 was super loud already 😄, but i couldn't hear the 'stustustu' sound.
@@Lee711Shine I could guarantee you would get the exact noise unless you had the same turbo and bov etc. However you won't be disappointed by this kit. The quality is exceptional to everything else out there I've seen. Even if you don't get the exact sound you can build towards it ;)
@@CarRambles haha you convinced me! Thanks again mate and you will hear from me again when I finally installed this fine piece of kit in my car! Take care and happy easter 🐣!
2:48 😂 the noise
Pretty much sums up modding a car? aha
Car Rambles literally 👌😂
Just home from Nightshift work. Perfect video to unwind to... great instruction and details as always my friend.
Just wanted to say thanks for the video, installed mine this weekend took about 3hrs and I only followed this video 😎👌
Great to hear!
Sh!t yeah. I'd love this intake. It's getting exciting for your car now.

Great video man! Saving for one of these as we speak 🙌

It's a good idea for sure, thanks for the suggestion I'll try to get it recorded for you :)
Could you run the filter with the integrated maf housing out of a silicone primary hose with a heat shield?
What can I use to clean it
Just fitted mine and this video helped loads
Much appreciated
Glad I can help :)
Regarding cleaning the revo filter is it the same as itg by which I mean. Do you have to oil the foam after cleaning?
Yeah exact same process as any foam filter :)
And yeah re oil
@@CarRambles thought so but thought I'd ask 👍🏻 picked up a secondhand filter n housing. So will fit it tomorrow. It'll replace my itg which was a sod to refit when I cleaned n oiled it
So what is best. Revo induction kit, vs ITG cold air induction kit?

@@CarRamblesis revo induction noise bettee or itg
@@natsonics5503 ITG is louder and sounds like darth vader.
@ thanks for letting me know, do you get any heaksoak issues
Link de compra?
Looking for that review video!
Hey, can this be installed and used on a stock fiesta st?? Or do they have to be mapped?
Yep sure can
Car Rambles awesome, I got one the other day, used your CR10 discount code, so cheers for that, bargain!
Glad I can help :)
Great video
great walk though talk though
Can’t wait to see this car once it’s all complete 🔥❗️
Why did you go from itg to revo intake ??? When everyone says itg is the best and it gets the cold air behind the bumper
I have replied to your post on Facebook... Your gonna get hit by a bunch of tuners on there though so good luck sifting through all the marketing aha
@@CarRambles yea so it seems buddy ....I agree revo map was better . ...
Love the videos 10/10 keep them up
Can you use this on a standard map or a different map or does it have to be mapped by REVO, as I’ve heard different things?
I lied. I thought this was a different video. You can use this intake with any map... Sorry 🤣
Jesus I'm applying on all the accounts... Yes this can be used with any map. I would recommend having a tune though.
@@techrambles8202 I was like oh no 🤦♂️ haha, was the breather hose included as I have bought one and it doesn’t have one with it?
do you get that engine cover with the intake set? or do you have to buy it? Or does the standard cover also fit?
Engine cover is done by paintmods, I also had the centre point designed for my brand 👍
@@CarRambles aha Nice 👌👍
Nice detailed video, really interested to hear your thoughts on how it compares to the ITG!?
Will do more in depth once I've bedded in these new brakes 🤦🏻♂️
🔥 great vid again mate 👍🏻
Are these supposed to be better then ITG?
Supposed to be when tested back to back, I more just wanted a cleaner looking system and to move over to an all Revo setup :)
Car Rambles ah ok cool I’ll pick on of these up instead then, going revo anyway might aswell use there parts too
@@joebryant4014 Ues the link in the description, good price that, lowest i could find :)
Car Rambles alright thanks!
Another good 1 buddy 👍🔥🔥🔥

What’s it driving like compared to itg
The same however less Darth Vader sucking noise :)
Whats with the awful rattling noise
Fuel tappet, basically every single fiesta ST engine sounds like that with the bonnet open and the mic next to it.
First, OMG I won
