Anything wrong with a boss wah? I bought one with some other boss pedals figuring it should be fine. I’m a beginner, getting some together, not using them yet. I have a ds1, sd1, bd2, ce5, dd3, V-wah. Waiting for a tu3 and power supply in the mail….
@@stovepipe9er It's more of a thing with my OCD, I like all my compact pedals to be the same shape and size, so I stick with Boss, I have a Digitech Whammy IV, two Cry Baby wahs, and two Boss PW-10 wahs (one has some problems with noise, the other won't turn off, but I can bypass it with a PSM-5 Power Supply/Switch or an LS-2 Line Selector).
@stovepipe9er I have a few interesting bootleg pedals, shaped just like Boss compact pedals, two from PSK (Japanese company, pedals made in Korea) and a Sound JS CS-3 clone from Ukraine. I'm actually considering finding broken Boss pedals and putting the guts of other pedals in them, I'm gonna practice my soldering/etc, first, though.
Boss SD-1 should be on the list, as it is one of the best-sounding and most versatile overdrive pedals out there. As for DS-1, it is a great pedal if you know how to use it, otherwise it has some quite unpleasant tones. Plugged in an amp with crunch and not going over 11 o'clock with the tone knob is a good starting point. Personally, I stack those two together with SD-1 going into DS-1 to mellow out the harshness of the DS-1. As such, I get to have some great sounds at disposal and I can dial them up between two pedals pretty quickly.
I love Boss pedals, aside from wah/Whammy pedals, I only collect Boss pedals. I have over 40 Boss compact pedals, and a few of the twin pedals.

@@stovepipe9er the PW-10 does have a cool Uni-Vibe setting on it. 👍
@@scramblesthedeathdealer Ya I hear you, with the all the pedals having to be the same, mixing and matching would really bother me…

How come you didn’t mention one of the best Boss pedals on the market which is the BD-2 Blues Driver?
For a cool $865.00 they can be yours plus the cord to powerthem all andthe cables. Between pedals.
And worth every bit of that $865.00 :)
So, I need a synth pedal, but not a tuner? Lol
The Music is too loud,I can't hear the voice.
Music is too loud. It masks the voice over.
Sorry I only made it partially thru the 1st stompbox. Your soft voice and the high levels on the backing music make this unwatchable.
Talk too much , couldn’t hear the sound effect at all
Try some headphones or go for an ear examination
Crap
GREAT
