Yessssss
Thank you!
What do you use and recommend like for example software and tablets
@@arcreator2532 He's using photoshop in this, and in a different video he mentioned that all he uses is a cheap small tablet with no screen.
thanks but it's just normal photoshop right not illustrator
@@arcreator2532 Just photoshop, illustrator is used for vector artwork, while this is raster.
I really learnt a lot from ur video. Hopefully one day I can make it to ur level.
Thank you! Glad it's helped :)
Loved the art as well as the incredible background song! ❤🎮
This is sooooooo amazing
hi! awesome work, i have a question here, when you start creating the sketch i mean at the very beggining, do you start from a solid idea that you may have already in mind? thanks!!!!!! :)
Thanks! I try to start with a vague idea in my head of the kind of thing I want, not really fully fleshed out. Usually just an idea of something cool I think might work :)
Grimmer, can I make a 3D version of this and give you credit?
Sure, go ahead!
Currently practicing landscape art
With a mouse....
I like to watch video of things I can't draw.
Great work.....Beautiful simplified steps.............Great
Thank you very much.
I've been playing Octopath Traveler a lot lately so I got freaked out when the music started lest my game be on. XD Thy arten be gooden.
Hahah, nice, I'm playing it right now too. So good.
Jordan Grimmer Urgh, I fought a boss with 170k health last night and after having whittled it down to 9k (and wasting a move to analyze this...), I had Olberic maxed out with his strongest attack and he does 0 damage and we all die. So close. T_T
Hahah, oh god, I'm getting to the stage with all the big end bosses now too. There's one I literally can't even get 5 minutes into, going to take my ages to level up.
Jordan Grimmer I recently realized that if you have the cleric ability Saving Grace and you use a large olive, it puts you at 9,999 HP, so that's my main method of survival now. >_>
This looks like a cover for a D&D campaign book!

ah yes the best brush of all "dude with a sword".

Stick Salesman on an adventure to Hells Gate... thanks for the video, great work.

ROSES ARE RED VIOLETS ARE BLUE EVEN GOD CANNOT MAKE AN ARTIST LIKE YOU
How much is this sped up, 4x? Fantastic work!
Love this! You are amazing❤️
Holy frick :) This looks AMAZING :D
I'm commenting late but this video was really inspiring to me. Thank you.
awesome thank you
Really good work! Could you explain how and why you use the select->color range?
Thanks! I use it to find small areas of colour from the image which I then paint into with lighter or darker hues to try and add some colour variance. It's a quick way of adding a bit of vibrance I find without zooming in and getting too caught up on detail.
请问你右上角的小窗口怎么设置的?看起来很省空间我也想用
How do you set the small window in the upper right corner? It seems to save space. I also want to use it
Awesome work.
Would be really nice if you can make a video about how did you learn digital painting and what was your ressources.
Keep up your work :)
awesome work i have been following u since last month as i am a digital artist too... your work is awesome and much love from India🌸🌸🌸
may I ask, do you live near London?
Yo I love your work. You are one of the sole reasons I picked up digital art and so far its going good. I love your techniques and ideas. Its exam season and all my breaks have just been watching you paint. Gl you are amazing
Omg yesss
How i wish you have a udemy class. I wopuld buy it instantly :)
Have you ever used the meatball color?
I've only just noticed this comment.
the most eye opening thing to me is how much image manipulation is made use of... it seems my idea of professional image creation is decades outdated, but i guess it's more to do with what Photoshop itself is designed for
Hi can i have a chance to know what kind of brushes you are using? Thanks
hey could you do someday if u want a step by step video of how to draw like that?
Gibe me your custom shapes pleeeeeeeaaaase
Jordan, I have a question. I just started to try digital painting. Your style of art is exactly what I love and want to be able to create. I haven’t used Photoshop yet but I have been practicing on my iPad Pro using Sketchbook. I am not really good at drawing on paper, not even with a reference. Do you think I should learn how to draw first? Like learning through reading tutorial books and going through months of sketching in a sketchbook? Or do you think I can still become as good as you through practice and time with just painting everyday?
I'm not jordan but maybe I can add a word of consolation. What jordan is doing, while super incredible and skillful requiring lots of experience and creativity, is not technically in my eyes a drawing. If it were her be free handing all the shapes and colors and whatnot but instead he pulls in many textures and uses a ton of tools to create the imagine he imagines. So if you want to create what jordan is making I'd reccomend getting your hands on a copy of photoshop and just practicing while learning all the tools available while thinking how you could use them to create the image you want. Hope this helped!
HHOLY- YOU CALL THIS A SKETCH? THIS IS INCREDIBLE!
OCTOPATH TRAVELLER!!!
Very good painting
What's the music?
Nice artwork men
relaxing

What program do U use?
Photoshop!
@@JordanGrimmer thanks!
great work as always! i've noticed that you sometimes switch to black and white to paint and i wonder how you do that but still able to use the color wheel? i think it's so convenient in terms of adjusting values.
I'd love to know how he does that too. Does anyone have an answer to this?
kinda late but go view>proof setup>custom, select "working gray" on device to simulate, after this you can switch between rgb and grayscale with ctrl+y
I made a video explaining this recently :) ua-cam.com/video/o9zWGLwT9vk/v-deo.html
