Somehow we all decided to do a zoo video this week! Great minds think alike. This one was suppose to come a couple weeks ago before Spring Break but I got sick and lost my voice.
I remember watching every day at the live stream waiting for the giraffe to be born. It was a big deal in the area. So it was cool to finally see the baby giraffe now. The Ferris Wheel is a great touch for sure.
Awesome tour. Wonderful visual production and video editing. So beautiful, sweet and smooth. Much inspired and talented. A real peaceful and relaxing pleasure to watch. Full of poetry and spirit. The baby giraffe is adorable! I love when zoos have rides or attractions in addition to the animals. Zoos are great but it is nice to have other things added into the mix. I am glad yall got to enjoy the anniversary ferris wheel so soon after it opened. I love the zoo's new lion logo too. Thanks for taking us along!

It's a great zoo for sure. The next time you come it could look a lot different with the new Tropical World coming in 2025 also. It's good to see them doing all these renovation.
What a great zoo! Spring is definitely the best time to go! Not only are the crowds less, but the animals seem to be more active with the cooler temperatures looks like a great time!
Wow this is your first Brookfield video! I am Happy they are making renovations. We’ve traveled many of the many of the Midwest zoos recently Cincinnati and Indianapolis, and we definitely need an update. Let’s go!
This was the first regular Brookfield Video. We have done the night time christmas and also when the dinos where there. Don't sleep on the Milwaukee Zoo - surprisingly very good also. This summer we'll be going to Indiana to see the Mascot Hall of Fame and Children Museum. Will have to ask you about all the places you guys are stopping. Zoo Tours is a new thing for us.

We've had this zoo on our list for such a long time. And now youre giving us even more reason to go. For someone who is not an animal guy, you sure find yourself at a lot of zoos. ha ha ha. Cute baby What a great view. I didn't relize Chicago was so far.
We got a few comments about that. Somehow UA-cam loves Zoo videos for us in the long term. I'm scared of animals but my family loves them. Things we do for the family. It was a fun time for sure.

Yes she is. It's hilarious the crew all did Zoos videos this week! I'm back from vacation and time to watch all these zoo tours. The Ferris Wheel was fun and a cool addition.
Aww the three-legged wolf! Reminds me of our German shepherd/Chow mix that had three legs. 💕 The baby giraffe!! My fave!! Ferris wheels are not my fave. Lol 😆 I’m so scared of heights!!

That 3 legged woof did an impressive job of getting around. This really is a cool zoo. It looks like the animals have more room that most do. I love Ferris Wheel's until it stops on the top and then it starts shaking. That's when I start looking back on these decisions. Rosalie has been talking about sky diving. I think we'll take her to one of those indoor sky diving places. Thanks for watching and hope you guys have a great weekend!

We always loved having a zoo membership there! I’ll need to go again when I visit to get on the Ferris wheel to see a different perspective of the zoo! Fun fact: there is a giraffe there that was born on the same exact day as Grace 🎉
That's a good fun fact. A birthday twin for Grace. Brookfield is so fun. We were at San Diego Zoo for 4 hours and probably only saw 1/3 of it. We'll have to go back.
I am wondering if sometimes you do not feel some pressure on yourself as you need to go out every week to be able to make your videos, I mean you are so consistent, how do you keep up with everything? Yes, now the days are longer so we get to do more things while still day time! I love spring and summer very much! Good that there are not many people there! I like it this way! I was worried about that on year 1 and 2. But now I probably have 20 I still have to edit. So I just choose which one I am feeling. The reason I picked travel and only edit one place, I figured it was the most sustainable way to keep a channel. I love editing so I had to find something that I did all the time and didn't have to add shooting time. With a UA-cam Channel or not, we would go to all these places. Luckily I love to edit. If I didn't I would have quit a long time ago. It's very time consuming for sure.
How many zoos have y'all been to so far? I feel like I've seen at least 10 on your channel 😅 last time I was in the Atlanta zoo I was probably 8 or 9 I think that was the last time I went to any zoo. I bet you that three legged wolf can still throw it down 😅
According to UA-cam, our Animal videos generally do very well over time. So we have been visiting zoos during our travel. I like zoos but we are now going to more out of state. We just did San Diego Zoo. It's funny how UA-cam likes it, but I'm afraid of animals. We still have to go to Atalanta Zoo. No way I would mess around that 3 legged dog.
Did you hear about the new zoo safari area being added in St Louis?? I can’t wait for it! It’ll be in north county, I believe, not downtown where the zoo is now.
Yea, glad the zoo is taking care of that 3 legged guy. One thing about having this channel, I am able to document them growing up. Addison was about 5-6 years old when I first started posting on UA-cam. Crazy that Rosalie is now that age and Addison is driving and has a job.

We feel much better as it is finally getting warm around here. So many childhood memories for me here and I'm glad Rosalie has some of hers also now.
Fun place to spend a blue sky, spring day. And dodge the summer crowds. Always wanted to see a giraffe. Looked like a kids paradise.

You are so right about that. We went to the zoo in Phoenix and the animals were so happy it wasn't 120 degrees. Brookfield Zoo is our go to Zoo.

We are not very tall so Akane would fit right in. They are going to double the area for the Gorillas so I am excited for them.
