I made this a few ago followed the recipe its was great! I made it again today but used liquid coffee creamer thinking it wouldn't have the floating stuff in it. I put 1 cup in and got the floaties in it give it a taste and it's not right added some more liquid creamer in still not right. Going to add a few scoops of the dry creamer in it. I wouldn't recommend using liquid creamer. Don't mess with what's good use the dry lol.
I gotta make some for memorial day camping weekend. I wonder if i aerate the final mix if it'll speed the process up.? I just distilled a couple gallons of 140 it shall be interesting lol

Is that just regular old orange juice (pulp free) from the refrigerated section at grocery store, or is it the shelf stable stuff that imitates orange juice like sunny delight? And I would assume using the alchohol makes it not have to be refrigerated if you use the powdered creamer like you stated? Thank you for your time and responding to me last time I asked a question. Then she would use vanilla extract, and yall know the rest however she had a little still that sit over by the corner near the well pump in the kitchen, and her thump bucket was her sink or "wash bin" as she called it. And all the dogs that just wouldnt hunt and me like joe in the button factory and how all the deadbeats come to get the goodsfrom this little squirrel who works her fanny off well at least some of it tryin to store up what little i can always ready to give to others then notice i look down at my feet the other day wonderin why they was so sore and here id been diggin in the dirt and bottom of my shoes got a worn thru hole in both of em and i was scratchin my head takin a shower last night wonderin how on earth i managed to get both feet dirty on the balls of both feet and just the one spot on both heels i never thought i wore out my slip on sandals. But i guess these walmart slides gave their all only wore em for 4 years these and a pair of $11 rainboots ive had fir dern near 8 yrs. Use it up an wear it out make it do or youll do with out! My mantra. Sure wish i could have seen your grammys still my memaw made beer all the time i remember smellin molasses and member her cussin my dad for bottling the beer too early them fightn then the next day the sound of glass exploding and my memaw yellin ya darn smarty pants i done told you was twirly anja didnt listen to me now u think im cleanin up one bit of that mess you best not hold ur breath cuz youll turn blue son. Ya dern fool git me a dustpan and a broom and i hate to be the one ta say told ta so but you learnt somethin didnt cha ....ya cant rush a good thing the faster ya go the behinder ya git. Now get them crocks ready cuz we gotta do it all over agin ....damnit i cut my finger open...i cut it almost to clean off my dad rushin out to her....now that was a lie....but i never lie about makin alcohol in any form sonnyboy. They laughed and told the joke about joe junior just bought him a short dog put it in his back pocket and here the law saw him and well junior took off runnin the police shot one of them bean bags at him and all he heard was the sound of shots fired so in his giddyup to gettin and his drunkenness he tripped over his own two feet and down he went on the pavement and immediately he felt warm fluid flowing down his leg he called out...hand raised to the heavens LORD LORD OH PLEASE LORD..PLEASE HAVE MERCY....PLEASE LET THAT BE BLOOD AND NOT MY SHORTDOG I AINT EVEN GOT ONE GULP AND A WOUNDLL HEAL QUICKER THAN I CAN GIT MY HANDS ON MORE MONEY TO BUY ME ANOTHER BOTTLE. iv just made this but it looks like a yellow sour milk lol. tastes very nice but quite a bit of separation going on in the jar, will this settle down over the seven days
Set out room temp for 7 days? And dig my name? Truly is my name not my birth name but bout 18 months after i was born and the very minute i was fed grits my mamaw made em for me and they were delicious. I wouldnt have a meal without em back then now i only have em couple of times a week lol.
I made this for Christmas. I did use just the quart and OMG so smooth and good. I had just a pint of it and I am buzzing good. Thank you for this.

Once you add high proof liquor that shelf life don't matter. Classic eggnog relies is raw eggs, dairy and high proof liquor.

Yes it ends up being about 30 proof if you want it to keep its proof then just use orange juice concentrate instead.
I made this, the powder didn’t blend. Just had little pieces of the dry creamer floating.
Seems to me it mite not be hot enough to melt the dry creamer. Ever put that in Luke warm coffee! Don’t work neither
