Made this and live it! Going to do exact same thing with vanilla pudding, then add 1/4 teaspoon of my olive nation Peach extract. I'll add another 1/4 if it needs it. I think it will turn out good. Worth a try. The ingredients for a pint might cost $3 depending on the likker you use. $2 would probably be closer.
