We LOVE seeing vulnerability in others.
We HATE seeing it in ourselves.
In efforts to be VULNERABLE today, I share a mental and emotional struggle I experienced last week.
I see so many of us do this. Over-critique ourselves. Judge ourselves. Grade ourselves harshly. It's sometimes HARD to love and support ourselves.
Self-talk is SO important. How we speak to ourselves really matters. If you wouldn't say it to a colleague or friend that you care about, you probably shouldn't say it to YOURSELF.
