Thank you for reacting to and analysing this beautiful performance. Chester was so emotionally articulate with his singing, and his connection with the audience here is so moving. I'd like to recommend two performances and a studio recording, that I think together show off some of the diversity to his talent: - "Given Up", at Clarkston in 2007: Aggressive singing, incredible expressions of rage and frustration and self-loathing. - Cover of "Rolling In The Deep" at the iTunes Festival 2011: Beautiful performance showing off an entirely different side of his voice. - "The Messenger" from their album A Thousand Suns. Pure art, incredibly raw, I can't explain, but I hope you will listen to it. Thanks again ❤
Love your channel, I can't sing a note, but it's still very interesting to see your reaction and opinion of people who can. It's a mystery to me why some people will watch a music reaction channel, then complain about the reaction interrupting the music.
I assume you have listened to the original version? I hope so.... Seeing the difference between this, earlier live performances and the album version is wild.... How it progressed towards his final performances (which this was only 2 performances prior to his suicide). Incredible
You British ladies can be so elegant. I was mesmerized just by the intro. So natural. Suggestion after viewing. Spread out your commentary and lets us listen to the music for a bit in between. Honestly,Im just thinking about listening to Hybrid Theory. Thanks for the reminder.
It’s time to react to Dan Vascs O holy night you won’t believe your ears I promise it will be the best you have ever heard do you remember his Amazing Grace well this version of Holy night will pull you in like never before you will hear his operatic voice as well love ya it’s that time my talented friend from Pearland Tx
You are very superficial. You sit and figure out what note he sang, how he used his voice and all that. The most important thing is that he sang with soul and from the bottom of his heart. And how the crowd from the audience supports him. This cry of the soul is what is important. Not the notes .
She's a vocal coach, and a singer, and that's the type of reaction she does. It's also her channel, so she can pretty much do it say whatever she wants
I don't think you realize that it says "analysis" in the title, if you want to see someone's reaction video without commenting, look for other videos :p
Glad you checked this version out. Vocals are a powerful instrument.
46 years old, still cry everytime I hear this version. I felt this way before
Happy I checked it out!!
Same
I still get full body chills and goosebumps every time. RIP Chester😢
The original version sounds like there is hope to push through, this version sounds like he’s tired and done fighting 😢
Which is sad because it was his last performance
It was his Goodbye.
I will never not like a Chester reaction. RIP Chester.
this was the last time chester sang live before he passed away.......stil gets me emotional everytime
No he had two concerts after this
“Given up” needs to be your next song from Linkin Park
Live in clarkston
Thank you for sharing this version! Chester had a beautifully powerful voice, that was very unique.
In 2017 Chester had not powerful voice, so this was the reason, that Linkin Park performed this awful, pop version of "Crawling". Sad, but true.
@@stanisawchudzik1095was for depression? Chris pass :((
What about the Linkin park cover from Adele - Rolling in the deep
I second that!
So glad you listened to this version. As an LP fan, i remember being really hit by this one.
Chester hated performing this song live because it was hard to hit the same note over and over but this version changed that.
So much pain in his voice. And after his death every song just get a new meaning
Emotional connection is where it is for authentic singing and artistry.
I'm so happy you watched this 💚
😁
Jeeeeesssss ! I grew up on Linking Park ! RIP Chester 😢
Pls do more of their songs ❤
