I think it's time we look at the Celtics and Raptors as real threats. In the 2014-15 season did we really think the young and inexperienced Warriors were gonna take over the west with the Spurs and Thunder still dominant? No. No one did, but now look at them. Teams get better and if the Cavs can't get better defensively I can't rule out the Celtics and Raptors.
