The thing is, the game has an adaptive difficulty system and that's kinda hidden unless you read the tutorials. Whenever you win, the difficulty goes up, and when you die it goes down. Seeing Charlie repeatedly kill that other PS5 user makes me wonder how many other kids he made break their computer/console in his life. Maybe that's another world record?
this game has the vibes of We Happy Few as well.
Dishonored and We Happy Few had a quickie and Deathloop was born.
To be fair to death loop, everything is easy for this man
*YO Charlie Just commented on my Video wth😲*
Aren't you guys bored of that?
@@REALwoombath when it comes to horror games yes, he's boring in them
@WickedDecoy that's your dad ik it leads to your vid but whatever
For the last time people, Bethesda Game Works and Bethesda the publisher ARE TWO DIFFERENT THINGS. Christ man, it's like people think Todd Howard runs the whole damn company. Deathloop wasn't made by Bethesda Game Works
Bad game regardless
@@mauricioyoung6668 that's not the point though. Where in this comment did I remark on the quality of this game?

Looks like a cool game, too bad its unplayable for 2 years until somebody or the devs fix the DRM bs
Somebody does not have a ps5
Man StealthGamerBr is gonna be nuts with this game.
this shit looks like bioshock + dishonored. todd still continually spits in our face.
I love how it says Eternalist: (dies) in the subtitles
As much as there is some bugs and it’s Bethesda this has been one of my favorite games to have come out in the past few years
Bethesda didn't develop this game.
@@clayman9031 It is published by Bethesda, which still influences the production and state of the game.
@@itscrab9124 No, you're thinking of Activision. Nearly all other publishers are pretty much hands-off with game development. Bethesda has published good games like Dishonored, Prey, Doom.
I know the last few years have been poor game wise but you cant say this is your favourite game, unless this is the only game you've played. Then fair enough
@@JP_LDN582 why the fuck not? what a ridiculous thing to say. "this cant be your favorite! i am the king of taste and all things patrician and i have mote it be!" gtfo here with that
I like the description of the multiplayer as "dog ass" because a dog is a thing you generally like quite a lot but the ass end of it is definitely the part you enjoy the least and that's a pretty apt analogy for what's on offer here.
I wish TimeSplitters would get remade
A TimeSplitters game is in the works, announced a few months ago. No gameplay or anything though.
Man did I had fun playing that game as a teenager. I'd always run the monkey because he was so hard to hit and tiny. I remember playing that in a 16 in tv 4 way split screeen with the boys lmao we couldn't see shit 😂
That game sucks
Charlie: Deathloop Is an easy game.
Stealthgamerbr: Hold my beer
It's like we happy few meets dishonored.
id say it kinda has we happy few vibes, bioshock, and dishonored like gameplay especially when you start to get the slabs
@@itsace2648 cool! I might check it out on PC when I have the money, I love Dishonored and Bioshock.
1:32 : A huge thud as if someone or something heavy was dropped from high up to the ground
Goon: Meh
And then there’s the moment 18mins in where Charlie shoots that one bloke in the head and his mate, standing RIGHT next to him just kinda stands there while being actively shot at🤦♂️🤦♂️
I’m glad he’s actually playing this game
Charlie blows up from own gas clouds. "He had a bomb vest on!"
I think it's hilarious that media articles named "How Deathloop"s invader mechanic is better than Darksouls in everyway!" Really just goes to show that they never put a finger on DS in their life.
Had a lot more fun invading in deathloop then in Dark souls, and i fking 100% DS3 just saying
@@ooooh3675 Having fun is subjective. Dark Souls invasion system, is optional part of the game. Even online once invaded u can send the enemy back home or use item that allowes enemies to target your opponent.
You can do 100% without Invasion system(though drop rate for convenant items are ASS :D ).
The only great upside for Deathloop that i found when i played it is ability to turn Friends Only. I am happy with the system but to say it's better or more complex than Dark Souls is a strech. Very rarely i had fun being invaded.
I dont want to play hide-and-seek in fast paced FPS games... and if its sort of hide-and seek. Then why cant I stealth kill another player just like i can wiht npc?
Sneaking in PVP makes barely any sense in a game that vast majority is about stealth.
@@fmspjanus I stealth killed my friend while I invaded as a Juliana so I don't know what your talking about. In fact you can 1 hit kill someone with the machete
@@fmspjanus Deathloops is optional too. Just turn on singleplayer and only sometimes an npc Julianna (with no hands) will invade you.
@@ooooh3675 dark soul's invasion mechanics are quite ass throughout the entire series, but this game's invasions are just an embarrassment. I know for a fact this game's invasions will get stale within a month or so and you're gonna completely forget about the mechanic
That one shot clip will never not be funny.
Can't say that this game appeals to me.
It's fun, for about 3 hours then gets boring as shit.
@@mog_3825 That price for 3 hours of gameplay.. yikes
i think its really fun tbh, but if ur on edge wait for a price drop or something, definitely try it out at some point
@@namarie.2289 Or i could get a game at half its price and get 100's, in some cases 1000's of hours
@@desensitized personally i think it’s worth the full price but it really appealed to me so i don’t speak for everyone obv, it’s a really creative game once you look past all it’s technical issues atm (i really don’t mind technical issues but a lot of people do so definitely wait until they fix that, and it’s Arcane so they will)
*bullets fly an inch past head*
AI: “Must’ve been the wind.”
I'd check this game out if the anti-piracy on the PC version wasn't shitting it up. Not buying a PS5.
get a free trial of pc game pass in a year and try it out. that's my plan

americans: nervously sweating
I feel like the ai was better in Dishonored 2
They where customizable too
U can make a impressive stealth experience
Best part of the game was when you made all the gum ball machines come all over the place. Then speed running by punting them. Quality strats.
Lol couldn't wait to see how Charlie took the multiplayer wait times. It's gotten better on pc but the first like 2 days were so bad.
20:01 Went at her like the little ones from Dark Souls 3 pretty much exactly.
This game was amazing IMO
imagine if the guy who 3d rendered that croissant watched this video
I'm glad I forgot this game existed. Looks like I'm not missing much.
The person that programmed that croissant is hurtin right now
Wow, someone should promote this unknown streamer... He'll go places .
*YO Charlie Just commented on my Video wth😲*
Bathesda games and having dumb AI is a match made in heaven
yeah that and Bethesda and lackluster games
Bethesda would never have the balls to put the peen as a 3d model. I miss the saints row crew, this would be better in their hands.
I wouldn’t say that now with the recent Saints Row
This feels like a cross between We Happy Few and Dishonored
I LOVE this game, and I was skeptical. So fun.
Lmao worst game I've played in years. 4 levels 6 guns stupid AI no story and just keep replaying this same missions. *chiefs kiss
@@JP_LDN582 you can summarise any game like that and make it seem bad
@@stax3594 no you cant. If I said this about any other game. It wouldn't make sense.
The thing is, the game has an adaptive difficulty system and that's kinda hidden unless you read the tutorials.
Whenever you win, the difficulty goes up, and when you die it goes down. Goes down by a lot if you lose a loop.
It *can* get difficult, but it'll end up normalizing on a "comfortable" level for you, whatever that is.
It's sad though that for so many people, they won't get through their first impressions that the game is too easy.
It only gets kinda difficult if you play a lot and let the loop stress (difficulty) level up a whole lot of times.
They updated the AI. The difficulty not so easy imo
'Guys, what if when you die in the game, you come back to life, and time turns back to the beginning of the mission? don't think they have a name for this yet so lets call it Deathloop'
2021 brings new technologies to gaming. The idea is so new and refreshing.
Bulletstorm x Dishonored is what I'm getting from this
I watched a whole playthrough already and knew the ai wasn't great etc, but it still looked okay. This just makes me not want to waste my money now
I finished the game, and it's actually really good, even if the ai isn't great. I'd give it a shot
@@ian_3244 fr I didn’t finish it but I enjoyed it, also they put it on gamepass so I didn’t have to pay so for free it’s good
Some crazy top notch gameplay right here, I feel like I’m improving while watching you but I’ll never reach this level of legend status that you’ve achieved Charlie
Charlie is the best deathloop player of all time. He's also the most testosterone and masculine gamer out there. Combine them both, and theres no looking back.
