Today I see a 67 year old lady that needs some love and it reminds me of the old saying, float like a butter fly and sting like a bee, for she as lovely as can be .But she is still there for you and me. Nice old Bel air and she is something sweet to have for the price you see. No lie here for I have seen a lot worse at that price for sure and I love it.
Wow...chrome is spot free and shiny, the body seems straight, the undercarriage is cancer free, steering wheel and dash items all seem legit and the color combo rocks. Needs very little TLC. GREAT Ride...she's a BEAUTY!!
This 57 chev floats my boat a lot. Even with the flaws, the damage on the door and saggy other door its still a nice lookin chev The left hand drive doesn't suit me here in Down under Australia but a left to right hook would take care of that. Plus side, the bright yello, the gold trim and that sound, dude im jelous Happy days. 😛
In 1990 I purchased a new Honda Accord. From day one I ran Amoco 93 octane white gas in it. In six years I put two hundred thousand miles on it. One day my mechanic suggested that due to the high mileage, it might require the fuel injectors cleaned or replaced. It was running great, however, I told him to take a look at them and do whatever necessary. When I picked up the car the next day. He told me the injectors and engine was pristine. And needed nothing. To this day, my vehicles all get premium fuel. I get better mileage and fewer problems with the mechanicals. Well worth the extra cost. That is a nice clean ‘57!
Nice car I would only fix the Knicks in the door and Fender and blow in the paint and leave it alone great car you're doing a great job Nick thanks for the camera job and showing everything you're a great guy I look forward on Mondays to look all of you guys keep up the good work everybody should buy an old car from you at least they know what they're buying if they watch the walk around keep up the great job
Pretty car..but I bet the cracks got rust underneath...that paint is easy to match, needs various touch ups..chrome was bright... wrong wheels wrong tires. Needs power. Steering. But yeah it's a cool ride Wirth it!
Those cracks in the doors and other spots are in the bondo where the metal is rusting underneath. Would love to see Kiwi and Uncle Tony go over this one.
I don't understand why guys mount the tach under the dash it kinda needs to be in you face so you can see it. The yellow and white does work, good looking combination.
Ok the tires gotta go correct ? Maybe I’m just old but those tires look like rubber bands !!! Bigger tires would give it a much better stance in my opinion
I think it needs some bigger rims.🤣🤣🤣 How do you not damage a rim just taking a corner with uneven pavement? That wheel tire combo would never work in Florida. Cracks in the bondo.
SPAL Fans are Great (Italian it think) or retro Fit the 90's Ford Taurus or a Lincoln Electric////// used all before. InTexas would never go above 180 in the Summer. Cheapys don't have the beans......... need high AMP Draw not RPM.
i dunno if they read the comments but im looking for one of two, either a 1966 4 door coronet with v8,or a 1964 Chevelle v8 4 speed car, then maybe we can do some business seen the 65 mailbu it looked like on their lot but want the 64 year i was born and my dad had one he traded in on a 1972 monte carlo, but would take either fore mentioned
That's not how it works. The higher the octane the slower it burns, which is good for higher compression engines. It does not give better fuel mileage, it stop pre-ignition in higher compression.

Love me the sound of a gear drive. Pretty decent '57. A feller gotta love yeller to buy this baby.
How can watchers not subscribe?? This is the best channel on UA-cam for car reviews and sales!!!
As an old autobody guy I find these videos amusing. I can see what the average Joe can't.

I know in my heart I'll be buying a classic from Maple Motors before the next December. I enjoy watching you guys keep up the good work.
I feel the same way.
Love that color but needs different wheels for my taste. Maybe a set of 15x8 baby moons or Crager ss or Keystone classics.
That yellow with Keystones....🔥 😎 🔥
More tire
I agree, with those wheel choices along with some BF Goodrich Radial T/A’s.🔥👍😎🇺🇸
Perfect combination that goes with the era. L@@Harry-oe5os
i still love baby moons myself had those on my old chevy pu truck
Been subbed every since The Quarantine. I got some of my buddies addicted to this channel now. Love the rides, Slick Nick.
Awesome! Thank you!
Pretty car..but I bet the cracks got rust underneath...that paint is easy to match, needs various touch ups..chrome was bright... wrong wheels wrong tires. Needs power. Steering. But yeah it's a cool ride Wirth it!
Add original wheels and tires, add A/C new wiper switch, and take that classic beauty to your local drive in and car show! Good to go!!!!
Those cracks in the doors and other spots are in the bondo where the metal is rusting underneath.
Would love to see Kiwi and Uncle Tony go over this one.
That's a SWEET RIDE MAN...when cars were beauties..
Tires are a little too low profile for my liking. Hit pot hole that you couldn't avoid you can say goodbye to the rims.
Needs to be red. Yellow looks good on the 150 and 210 models.
Red = tickets and accidents…..well if your a youngen .been there to know
I love it in yellow! 1970 Corvette yellow would have looked good too
I don't understand why guys mount the tach under the dash it kinda needs to be in you face so you can see it.
The yellow and white does work, good looking combination.
Looks like a 210. Missing gold grill mesh, quater panel stainless trim insert. Great car overall.
I think it needs a bigger aluminum radiator, bigger fan, and a new shroud !!!!
Yes never go undersized think your going on vacation in Death Valley…..always be prepared 😊
The yellow rose of hendersonville, is the only gal i love gourgeus chevy, wow wow, ❤😊😊😊 thanks Nick stay cool great video 😊😊😊
Thanks for watching!
That is a nice car Nick. I really like that 57!!
At that price, EVERYTHING should work, including the wipers and fans
Maybe 10 years ago
I plan on a purchase in nov 🤙🏻
Ok the tires gotta go correct ? Maybe I’m just old but those tires look like rubber bands !!! Bigger tires would give it a much better stance in my opinion

No problem 👍
That’s a clean 57! Love the car, hate the color!
I think it needs some bigger rims.🤣🤣🤣 How do you not damage a rim just taking a corner with uneven pavement? That wheel tire combo would never work in Florida. Cracks in the bondo.

Rally rims would look great on that ride
Ooooh, I like this one, chrome looks good and the paint job. Engine looks good ! Get shroud on there. Does the horn works ?🫣 not bad. 😎

I almost never use anything but non-ethanol. Find a gas station around there that has it.
Pretty cool.
I just had to resubscribe again. At least the 3rd time this year.
Oh man, that’s not good. Is UA-cam unsubscribing you?

Does any car guys know how much it would cost to put AC in this car. Thanks
2-3k easy. Look up vintage air and restomod air. Vintage air sells a kit for about 2k.
@@MrCarCrazy thank you
Color is cool different guy mentioned red but I hate red cars black or aqua teal would be my choice
i dunno if they read the comments but im looking for one of two, either a 1966 4 door coronet with v8,or a 1964 Chevelle v8 4 speed car, then maybe we can do some business seen the 65 mailbu it looked like on their lot but want the 64 year i was born and my dad had one he traded in on a 1972 monte carlo, but would take either fore mentioned

The higher octane the better the milage will be

Those wheels.😭
Buy it and put your lame rally wheels on it

OMG those tires need to go, I like an old car with so meat on the tires not rubber bands.
Hey do you ever come by 1970s Chevy vans
Good looking 57 for the 💲
Truly a manual steering is better.
87 is like putting turds in a punch bowl.
Old Yeller
Classic grocery getter.
