What is the complete time for 4 gen perks and no toolbox?
I was thinking on the following builds:
Hyperfocus + stake out + deja vu + bardic inspiration
and other build using:
Bardic + deja vu + resilience + overzealous/prove thyself or any other gen perk.
Also. How does a full gen perk with bardic impact Potential Energy?
for example... Bardic + deja vu + resilience + potential energy.
the first build I am using all of those perks (besides deja vu) and the reason for the toolbox is to get tons of more skill checks. Bardic would be much less powerful without those skill checks. as for the full gen perk build. it would be a flat 15% from Deja and Resilience. 20 charges added from potential energy and a few extra depending on the number of skill checks you get.
