- Man's Best Friend are the Animal Partners of GI Joe Real American Hero Characters. GI Joe Action Figures and their Animal Counterparts made up much of our After School and Saturday Morning Cartoons and 80s Toys. GI Joe Classified reimagines the original Action Figures and their Animal Counterparts from the 80s Cartoon and Toys.

Any animal coming out of GiJOE classified is a must for me! Freedom and Junkyard are two of my favorites.

Serpentor's snake wasn't a pet, it was a reference to his ability to pick up snakes, straighten them out, and throw them as spears. Yes, really. It was weird.

The Cobra snake that comes with Serpentor is actually Cobra Commander after Cobra La uses the spores to turn him into a snake.

I watched the cartoon, but overlooked the action figures as they weren’t my thing. Until now, I never considered the characters real names!
He looks a little like condorman...except a bit tougher than Michael Crawford (who played CM). The character names were pretty cool, but I loved that all the Joes (sans Snake Eyes) had real names. THanks for watching.
