I've got a pinhole leak in that right copper pipe coming into that servo up about where it bends behind that silver piece stamped "U307-020". i've tried to get in behind the wiring and bypass servo and by taking that board out on the right but is there a way to get direct access and do a proper repair on that pipe? Only thing keeping it from working well and its not a part i can buy nor do i want to replace the unit because of that. Any help is appreciated, great vid!

Unfortunately pinholes are extremely hard to repair unless you’re really good at brazing. If you have the model a serial number you should be able to find a parts break down online or you can call Rinnai. If you want you can reply with your model and serial and I’ll try to find that part (and part number).

      Actually, just model number. 😊

@@360plumbinghelp5 The sticker on this inside shows REU-VC2837WD-US and "KF. CA- 083833" based on the inside, can't see the side of the unit because it's in a wall box. I think that's RL74e or rL 94e but not sure what the diff is. it's an outdoor LPG unit.

the farthest right copper pipe in the bottom of the unit is leaking in the 45 degree bend which is painfully hard to reach behind the part that drops down, the one with grey foam pipe wrap. I don't see that piece of copper as a part number and there's not reliable copper plumbing here; i live on a small island.

@@djg63 ok, sir. Let me do some digging. I’m on my way home from work. I’ll look it up when I get home and see what I can find for you. How old is the unit? There should be a year right below that info.

Very sorry for the late response. It should never drip. But let me clarify, water supply shouldn’t drip but there may be condensation from the flue. I’m assuming you have a tankless as well? Is it dripping from the T&P valve?

Because it’s frik’n annoying! Especially, when you are trying to read the captions and keep up with the visuals.
