- Welcome to my first UA-cam video! In this video, I'll be sharing with you my workout routine focused on chest and back exercises that I've been doing in the gym. If you're looking to build a stronger, more defined chest and back, then this video is for you.
During this workout, I did three sets of 12 reps for each exercise, with a super set or partials to really push myself and get the ultimate burn. I found that this approach really helped me to increase my strength and build muscle mass in these key areas.
