I like the hits of instrumental rock bands. My favorite bands are: The Shadows, The Eagles (UK), The Fireballs, The Jumping Jewels, and young The Foot Tappers.

Nice playing I see you’re using aZoom g7. Do you like it I have one as well but have never managed to tune the pedal for wah wah
Yes it’s great. I have all the shadows effects on it which work really well. The wah wah pedal is decent it works fine for mountains of the moon or going home those kind of songs. But it’s no good for jimmy hendrix
The Shadows are my favourite band, the 60s band I play with now slip in a couple of Shadows tunes, so for me it's great to see the younger generation keeping it going, keep it up lads, you're doing a great job, sounded very authentic.

Truss rod adjustment on 1960s Burns guitars was not by adjusting nut but by means of a gearbox accessed under the plate at the heel of the neck. I believe Gretsch also used the system under licence for a time.

How do you like the Burns guitar vs a Strat? Pickups, action and the whammy bar? I’ve always been curious. Never player a Burns before.. Thanks
The burns whammy is LOAAAADS better. Comfort, sound, keeping in tune. It’s almost like someone designed it specifically for Shadows music in fact 🤣🤓 Lots of people won’t be happy with me saying that though.
Oh and the pickups are way better than what come on a standard strat from my experience.

1st time I watched the video was last night. Said to the Mrs is that Justin. Took a couple of seconds to recognise his mannerism but isn't he young. You can see how the this young musical genius evolved into shadowing Hank
It’s a long time ago. He did a great Mr Bean dance at that time too.
This good one to start on you shud do well most people like this music that is guitar based I do ha ha and I can play it

Very good played just as the shadows, the muted strings part was perfect, sounds good on the burns im guessing the shadows used the same for this tune
