Moonlight Shadow - The Shadows Cover by Peak Guitar Player

My cover of Moonlight Shadow - The Shadows version. I am using a VOX amplifier, with a Zoom G7.1UT footpedal. Recorded with iphone 13 pro, cinematic mode, audio recorded using iphone also. Burns Marvin guitar from 2008. Backing track used from UBHANK Vol 6. Purchased from Leos Den from eBay.
I used to be in a Shadows band called the Foot Tappers between 2008-2010 and then again in 2012 for a one off gif at shadowmania.
This video took a lot of takes, and it’s still not perfect but it’s at the limit of what I can do really. Thanks for watching hope you can like and subscribe. I’ve got plenty more shadows songs left to record and upload!

I know you are a very good bassist but when you play lead this good why didn’t you play more lead with The Foottappers

Hey Chris - thanks for the comment mate. Yeah I ended up changing phones, and I went for an iPhone with cinematic mode. I wasn’t sure if it’d look a bit naff for this type of vid but it seems to have come out ok.

Great effort. That’s one song I’ve always avoided playing… such a great number it has to be done right and you have it a really good go!
And you’ve got to love the sound of the Burns 👍

Love the burns, I don’t think you can get a better Stratocaster for the money, unless you start paying silly silly money.
