I must begin my writeup noting that the audio recorded by my phone has the vocals way down in the mix. I did the best I could to EQ the vocals higher into the mix for this UA-cam release.
I attribute the issue to my front row seat location. I was directly in front of a stack of guitar amps and the rest of the venue's speaker system was above and slightly behind me. Basically, it was hung at the top of the stage opening.
The live sound during the concert by no means represents how it sounds in my phone's audio recording. It sounded great in person. Please don't comment how bad Ted sounds when the live audio was great. Any audio shortcomings come from the audio that my phone recorded during the video and not the band.
While far from perfect, I believe that my video is still worth sharing. For anyone truly annoyed, I apologize, and you can move onto another video containing better audio.
Ted had a special guest this show. Guitarist Jared James Nichols played with Ted during a version of Johnny B Good as only Ted and Jared could play.

I had to see Ted during his "Farewell" Adios Mofo Tour in 2023. Unfortunately, I was going to be on business travel when he was going to stop near my hometown.
I then began to see if there was another city that I could catch one of his shows. Turns out, I was able to find a show 3 hours away from my out of town work site, Owensboro KY.
I was able to get a single ticket in the front row of the balcony. I was excited to hopefully use this perfect location for a full 30x optical zoom and hi-res audio recording of the show.
Things changed a few days before the show, when a few face-value priced tickets in the front row appeared for purchase. After a brief moment of thought, I decided to buy one of the front row tickets.
My recording plans changed drastically. At best I would only be able to video some clips or even a few songs. And of course, I would not be using my hi-res audio recorder and external mics.
I decided to take advantage of the front row and just take it all in. I rarely get the change for such good seats, so I wanted to take advantage of it.
When the show started, I began to record. No one seemed to mind that I was recording. I ended up recording 62 minutes which was 13 of 16 songs. When I wasn't recording 4k video, I took a few still photos.
I would have not recorded as much video if I wasnt able to record without paying too much attention to the phone. I could basically watch the show without being too distracted.
I was so fortunate to have this as my last live Ted Nugent experience. For a 75 year old, he still rocks. His present skill level is amazing.
Ted did mention during the show that while this is his last tour, he was not quitting. His new criteria is that he will only perform where he can sleep in his own bed at night. After nearly 60 years, who can blame him?

Rock n Roll man! You can't beat all these dimensions that were discovered in this group. It's got love of life , the deepest tragedy and exuberance for the whole embrace. I mean they came of age when Rock n Roll was in the hurricanes of creation, and we can hope that in our lifetimes we may hear a new music movement be just as inspired and on the edge of what's known, singing to the other side of where we all truly exist.

I was so lucky to be able to take my wife and daughters (16 & 17) to this show. I wasn't sure they would ever get the chance to see them. Spent a lot on the tickets, but it was worth it! My girls were so excited as they have been fans since they were little thanks to hearing them on the Aerosmith coaster in Disney and through my CD collection. In fact, I wore a tour shirt from 2007 and my younger daughter wore my Pump Tour shirt from seeing them back in 1990 at the Philly Spectrum. Thanks for filming so we can relive that night!
