V2 Elite EG CRV Install
The first V2 Elite has been meticulously assembled, showcasing a remarkable level of craftsmanship. Our esteemed colleague, @powerstreet502, skillfully installed the new Elite frame, complete with innovative sway bar mounts, onto his EG vehicle, highlighting the quality and precision of our engineering. This achievement represents merely the initial step in our ambitious journey to reclaim numerous titles while enhancing our performance metrics, even as we navigate challenges presented by our competitors. Our determination to lead the industry remains unwavering.
We wish to express our heartfelt appreciation to the many supporters who have contributed to this significant milestone. Looking ahead, we are resolutely committed to developing and refining the aerospace design principles we first introduced in 2016. Currently, we have five additional frames poised for completion from our inaugural batch of form-fitting V2 Elite subframes, which notably includes my JDM RHD DC2 Type R.
In addition to the frames, we are excited to announce the upcoming release of new front and rear axles, cutting-edge carbon fiber driveshafts, lightweight 16.5g fuel cells, and a wide selection of viscous couplers. The influx of viscous couplers in particular promises to enhance our product offerings significantly.

Hello, I have a question. Since you said this is no longer the latest and greatest, is it better to just improve the dual pump system? Because I believe that it disengages when you break to let both axles not be coupled together while braking, does that makes me think that you're new and improved dual pump upgrade utilizes the regular features but doesn't break up on high power

Sorry for the late replies guys. Been revamping the company and making all kinds of new parts for the 2022 lineup. This part is actually obsolete in design an we have redesigned it for better engagement and also offered additional options for higher performance of the original pump
Is this product available on your website or somewhere else?
We havent discontinued them but really moved on to forwarding technology with the pumps. Boundary Performance has released our new 3D Wedge Gerotor for the RTAWD Differential that pushes more volume faster to engage the clutches to their max grip and hold it until you take your foot out of the peddle. This will give a competitive advantage over OEM and even the Wagon Differential.
@@StephenDunnAKD would've been nice if you posted a before and after dyno test. That would help me decide to buy it or not while I currently have my diff out to fix a leak. Im not planning on working on my diff any time soon afterwards. Its a hideous work
So welding and deleting are different? Do you have any dyno results showing the before and afters?
It's just a power transfer mod. It essentially removes the clutches and allows a hydraulic viscous coupler to take the place inside the diff. Something our competitors are attempting to do now
@@StephenDunnAKD let me get this right. In the first diff you disabled the dual pump, removed the entire clutch pack and replaced it with your own version of a viscous coupler which im guessing is a unique arrangement of clutch packs? So that ought to give a 50-50 then?
@@tomasashenafi882 No. We used a Mitsubishi Viscous coupler from the 4G63 AWD Transmission and made adapter shafts to make it fit the CR-V Differential. The power distro is dependent on the gear ratio not the clutch packs.

No. It does increase performance, decrease engsgement times and increase grip capabilities for sure. Up yo 600%

No. Using the racing clutches you do not need a viscous coupler. If you plan on deleting it welding the clutches you do need a viscous coupler

no need. if you see the top portion of the differential shown the viscous coupler now is mounted internal of the differential.
from the outside of the differential it looks stock but is full time 4wd now allowing power to transfer through the diff directly to the lsd in the rear to the axles

So the power header on the Latte will allow for Sleep/hibernation ect. using the opus psu? Im going to order a latte just play around with, wondering if it's worth it
I DE soldered the power button off of the board and soldered in 2 wires leading to my PSU and programmed windows to go into hibernate when the power button is pressed then set the pulse accordingly . This gave me the ability to program the panda and run it in the automotive environment while supplying it with clean and condition power
@@david69leonard The new latte panda has a power header build into it in this video I was using the original latte panda which did not have the additional features or functionalities so I had to make it. The new one latte panda alpha gives much greater capability them the original latte panda.

Different preferences for different folks. I don't really like euro-cars much but we build for the many as most I know are not that into euro cars. Really not a lot of work though. About 4 to 6 hrs of work for the conversion.
