The development of the L Series DQ381 Transmissions has reached its finalization stage. We will now proceed with 3D printing to test fitment and ensure precision. This transmission, derived from the Volkswagen Golf R, represents a variant of the DQ500, which is commonly integrated into K Series drivetrains through modifications to the engine block for fitment purposes. In this instance, our innovation pertains specifically to the L15B7 or "L" Series engines, providing a plug-and-play replacement for existing CVT transmissions that are often deemed subpar.
We are collaborating with Hasport to design a mounting solution for the transmission in the 10th Generation and 11th Generation chassis, with additional bell housings set to be developed in the near future.
