@@DISTILLEDEMOTION these V Mount batteries, as well as your camera batteries go by watt-hour. If you want something that will last long, get a 190W VMount Battery. Should run this light at 100% for 1 hour, 40 minutes or double the time at 50% brightness.

@ArtVideoProductions Compreendo, mas acho sinceramente que vc poderia ter bastante alcance com o público em português. Este equipamento da godox, por exemplo, não existe um vídeo em português sobre ele, enquanto que inglês existe muitos. Vc que vive nos EUA e tem acesso a lançamentos de equipamentos antes dos brasileiros, poderia conseguir bastante hype em alguns produtos, mas enfim, vc é que sabe. Boa sorte.

@@forewarnedfilm using a barn door with a fresnel won’t do anything much. The light is too narrow.

@@ArtVideoProductions No sir . the X60 , it's a more recent light by make. Your recovery method worked pretty much the same . Ive ordered another one and was going looking at how to add to the app , as I had sort of forgotten how I did it , and found your video , luckily ! .I went to check my light and saw a new FW update notice , did the up date by full battery , from the app , got the message completed , and boom . same problem , the app couldn't find the light , and the light was a totally bricked, wouldn't turn ON , ! it had turned off by itself during the up date , unlike your example , but yeah same problem as your video , one year later ! Had I not just seen your video I would have been panicking ! very timely ! I checked and Im on the latest version of the App too

@@ArtVideoProductions Full battery , link was fine and the app said the update completed ok , it was the app not finding the light again , same as you. I powered the light by AC , reset the BT, app still didnt find it , deleted it from the app , added again , and all fine , checked the FW and had updated ok . I have another X60 arriving tomorrow , I guess on the older FW , I'll try up date by app, but with only AC power from the start and see what happens . But what ever it is , some glitch in either the camera or the app ..

@@RecWaltfilm I’m not sure what you mean by reflector. The LED has a glass protector. That’s all. Nothing interferes with fresnels, softboxes etc.

@@vsometani2861 you have to get the Godox S60, designed for such purpose. The adapters for a non projection light won’t even be close to getting a proper projection because the ML60 led doesn’t have a lens.

@@RobDewis the RGB version, not only you can also control the CCT, but also green-magenta tint. I’d suggest you get the RGB as some colors may come in handy besides bi color only.

The ML60 watts outdoors will definitely NOT DO. I use 600 to 1200 watt COB LEDs. But if you are in a budget and no need to soften the light, you can try with the ML100Bi outdoors. That 15 degree fresnel ish reflector will do miracles. You can have a pretty good idea how powerful that thing is in my video demo.

@@sottheaphoeurng9044maybe because the ML60bi is 3 years old. At least I showed that they both are compatible with accessories. Other than that is just a power difference, similar effects and similar fan noise.

@@JerryCastaldo_NYC green screen, you’ll need a lot of lights and place the subject NO CLOSER than 10 feet from the green screen. The “cheapest” way to do a green screen, if you know the inverse square law, simply place two lights of EQUAL DISTANCE AND BRIGHTNESS far away from both the green screen and the subject. That allows EVEN light distribution. Ideally, should be two identical lights of the same brand and model. If you can’t do that, make sure they have green magenta correction. You might also have to dial different color temperatures as each different light may be a few kelvin degrees off. I’d appreciate if you consider using my links in exchange for the info and tips. @@JerryCastaldo_NYC place the hair light with a GRID and as close as possible to the subject, thus allowing you to set a lesser power output. That will avoid unwanted intense light spill on the floor.

If I do but the GVM SD650B, using your link of course, do you think I'd have success implementing it into my lighting setup using my Arri 650 watt Tungsten Fresnel, along with my Chimera Triolet Mogul Base Flood light? I do have softboxes for these two lights. This is not for my green screen setup, but rather for a wide 30' stage for my band. I'm wondering if I can adjust the GVM to properly match the lighting temps of those two lights that I have already. Or should I just sell them and go with additional lower output GVM's so they all match the GVM650B?

Because at that time, the bowens adapter didn’t exist. They started advertising that adapter after I made this video. Otherwise I would have.

@@ArtVideoProductions for me it’s not a fair comparison, for Zhiyun you showed the combo packaging and it seems like it offers more, but in the standard one, Colbor offers more with a little diffuser. You also did not mention that Colbor has CRI of 97+ instead of 95+ of Zhiyun and that is a lot of difference

@@MichaelBouhnikProductions I personally have many lights similar to the Amaran 60X. What sold me on the ML100Bi is that reflector-slash fresnel sort of thing. The second thing is the size and thirdly, the white enclosure just to change things a bit.

@@gopalray9595 Please read the manual. But even if following the procedure it’s a matter of “luck” sometimes it connects, sometimes it doesn’t. The Canon R3 has always been a difficult camera on Bluetooth.
