These are all so great. The only thing missing from this project is world maps to tie the stages together. I can't describe the genius of those worlds, Vine Valley,Gloomy Gulch, Krazy Kremland, and Razor Ridge.

Not only is this rom hack the most faithful one I’ve seen to the gameplay of DKC 1-3, the music is as faithful as I’ve heard from David Wise from the originals as well. This is a masterclass is rom hacking 😍 Kaizo Mario may get all of the press for being ridiculous, but this could have been an actual retail game, and we all would have been 100% in love with it!

When you think about it, there really weren't any true sky levels in Donkey Kong Country, unless you count the Golden Temple or Secret Seclusion.
