    hi they prob take their time with information so wont be avoaliding as i had helum app sent to me through nhs was awful as was new progamme was too much info in one go like week one ten sections was.crazy and didnt work for me

    my adivce use these people too help but try to keep going with it even at the year as i keeped yo yoing and eneded up back squaere one over the passed two years been focusing on mindset so thay its is natural aswell.❤ hope u have carried on as i know it is hard with obesity goodluck

    I am not much overweight but have type 2... Changing my lifestyle was necessary as I also have high blood pressure.. 1. No sugar if possible.. 2. Sweeteners for tea/coffee 3. No sugar added instant porridge for breakfast with either a small quantity of dried cranberries or half a banana. Otherwise one or two boiled eggs. 4. No salt added kidney beans drizzled with some good quality balsamic vinegar served with a small tin of red salmon.. 5. Small dessert plate for main meal - one desert spoon of rice or pasta or 1 potatoe only with main meal. 6. No desserts ever except.. low fat yoghurt, piece of fruit ( peeled apple best) one or two small pieces of cheese.. Fish by preference for meals.. failing that chicken Lots of water - sparkling water with twist of lime if it helps you drink more.. Good luck

    800 calories? That is disgusting and far too little. You need a minimum of 1200.

    I did Exante & found them ok. I suggest you try 1 : 1 Cambridge, all products are brilliant, more expensive but well worth it. 🙂

    Come back! Doesn’t matter if you have off days just build up the number of ‘on’ days and you will make progress. Why do we ‘mess up’ one day and give up, like anything is ever linear.

    Yes, some of the shakes are quite sweet, so I add a spoonful of natural yogurt when I make them up, which cuts back the sickliness.

    I do drink lots of water, but trust me; I havent got my shit together hahahaa! My GP didnt mention these products to me (I was recently prescribed Orlistat) so is it new to the NHS? I would like to try it :) Thanks for the videos, really helps alot <3

    How's it all going? Finding it difficult to get going again? I did too. I was almost six months before I could get my head in gear again. Getting back into the saddle is tricky, and it doesn;t matter how many times you try, as long as it's one more time than you fail.

    I would seriously suggest you try and incorporate 30-60 minutes of exercise in your life everyday because that is what I did and it was the biggest game changer. You do not have to join a gym. Or even do anything excruciating. Do you have a lot of space in your home or your backyard to walk back and forth on the days you don't feel like going out? Maybe you have a long hallway? If you do I would say walk back and forth and count your steps. If its about 15 or 20 steps one way then walk back and forth 100-200 times, just as a normal pace. You will lose about 200 calories just doing that. If you buy yourself a kettlebell and swing it 100 times you will lose 100 more calories there. I do roughly 30-40 minutes of exercise almost everyday, once or twice a week I do an hour, and I eat 2000 calories everyday. I eat anything I want and I eat a lot of sugar and sweets and bread and pasta on top of protein. But I make sure I count and don't go over my calories. And I've lost a dress size already in about three weeks. And you can really see the difference in my body, my double chin is almost gone, my stomach is going in a lot, the flab I had in my back has gone. People are telling me I look smaller. I am 178cm tall (female) and started off as 275lbs (I'm still heavy because I lift but my fat is definitely going down). Adding exercise to your diet helps like you wouldn't believe. FORCE yourself to just walk for 30 minutes a day - every. single. day. Whether in the house or outside. Then gradually increase it to an hour a day or more. And when you feel ready for it, buy some heavy weights and start lifting them. Even if its just for 10 minutes a day.

    Hi I know exactly what you are going through. I cared for my mum and when she died I filled the void with food to make me feel better . You need to give yourself time to grieve for your mum it's so early days for you. Wishing you all the best with your exante it will help you take control back and help you portion your meals.
