Hi LouseyPie, Just wanted to say, Good on you, thank you for Vlogging, I was wondering how you are doing on your journey?. Ive just started the equivalent for the Midlands, and it doesnt look half as good as yours. Just shakes and soups. Anyway, just wanted to know how you are fairing and wanted to send you support.
Firstly, congratulations on your weight loss! My partner was called by his GP and asked if he was interested in doing this, he agreed and is really keen to start but hasn't heard anything for a while. How long after you agreed did it take for things to get started? Thanks
Whoop whoop, phew the dogs tail nearly blew it! Well done, I need to follow your lead. It all makes sense. Proud of you I bet some of the water weight was tears. Alton towers will do you all good . We're all in it together (apart from the bug and dogs tail ) You're on your own with that!!! I've never been able to do a rubix cube and the remote control is a challenge. Good luck kids xx
@@LouseyPie Haha! I'm ok thanks, been for a long walk with the dogs. Freezing out there. Jim jams and a cuppa. Stuck to plan today. One step at a time . Have a lovely time all of you!! :) xx
How's it all going? Finding it difficult to get going again? I did too. I was almost six months before I could get my head in gear again. Getting back into the saddle is tricky, and it doesn;t matter how many times you try, as long as it's one more time than you fail.
Well done you! Regardless of what reasons you give, weight loss is loss. Be proud! And yes, enjoy Alton Towers, my advice is just avoid wasted carb calories on toast/chips/pasta. Enjoy the bacon and eggs for brekkie and steak dinners. Do the walking but REMEMBER TO KEEP DRINKING!!!
