Thanks, i only got 4laps in qualy due to a broken rear drum, so started a bit further back. Good training anyway, i really need that since im new to this :)

Uppdated suspension, anti roll bar, bushings, , brake pads+lines, intercooler and larger compressor on the turbo. This was only low boost, theres much more power available if needed:)

I think the the std gearbox, rods, piston, headgasket etc would agree to that 😂 it was surprisingly manageable, no drama. Though i wouldn't do it to mine, i prefer lower hp and more response, but its a cool experiment for very reasonable money.

Väldigt oklart hur länge lådan håller, samma låda som i din blåa. Den är ju ganska stabilt designad, men det är ju något mer mos än den var designad för :)

Thanks! I also did many virtual laps, it surely helps you learn it quicker in real life, even though it feels much wilder irl. 924 turbos are really awesome fun, especially with some suspension and tyre uppgrades!

Hello Cedric! I am currently running Toyo Proxes R888r on my Turbo. Those tires are really great in the rain and when it’s warm get great traction. Here in Texas I can run those tires on the street. So far no problem with ware. Thinking about getting some Gaz coil overs. I have asked a few guys who race and they said that Gaz was a great affordable choice for the 924. Happy journey!

Well, the 944 isn’t stock. It had wider Cup tyres and modified suspension. But the weight and engine was original spec.

I wish, maybe in the future. Sometime on track it's a bit limiting out of some corners. But most of the timesit works quite well. At this power level at least. On track i run r com tyres though, not these squeeky ones :)

Cool, thanks for the reply. Yours looks great. I've run my S on a couple of Autotests/Autososlos in the UK (basically like your Autocross but with generally tighter twistier courses) and the inside wheel spin has been an issue - although it could do with some decent tyres on the rear. On a more flowing test it would be less of an issue. I've got mine on standard springs with Bilstein dampers because I want to use it for historic rallies. Good fun cars to chuck around but I found the low geared steering a bit frustrating

I had more wheelspin in my 2.0 n/a than I have with this, but that one had stock suspenision. But I got loads more wheel spin on track, even though the power was much lower. My car has 350lb/inch springs up front, 28mm bars at the rear 28/22mm anti sway bar adn GAZ shocks. Keeping the car planted makes a big difference on inner wheel spin (and of course like all auto racing, having great tyres is the most important thing).. on our auto cross tracks the steering works fine, but on a much tighter track i can see it being a struggle. Have fun with the car !

The power is in kW in the sheet, I don't really know what you are doing :). The power is correct and it really is at that low boost. High flowing head and large turbo with really good efficiency. E85 makes it possible to run lots of ignition advance without detonation.

Get your facts right. Alfa was 2nd in 1995 ahead of Opel in both DTM and ITC and in 1994 I think, too. In 1996 Alfa was 2nd ahead of Mercedes. So Alfa never won the championship again but were always contenders.
