    How do I even gets someone to help me ive been having a trigger problem, I called talked to Phil and he said he couldn't help me I asked if anyone was there that could and he referred me to email well I did that talked to Danice and for 4 days straight she told me that I needed a replacement trigger is what I needed she asked me to send a video and my number and name i did. Now every day she says someone will call me at 4 and no ever does I called back and click 2 for service and phil answers he didn't even know how to assist me nor did he send me to anyone that could I dont understand I'm highly mad and its my only firearm I dont get how I call sccy and email for help sent them evidence of my issue and no one even attempts to help or know who would Phil sent me to some girl who told me she didnt know nor cared to help me bc shes short staffed I couldn't believe it man does anyone know what I should do because this isnt fair

      I definitely agree man. My experience with SCCY customer service was years ago now and didn't have any issues. Definitely sounds like things have changed. Let's see if you and I can figure it out. Tell me exactly what your trigger is doing. Not sure what your budget is but I'll see if ebay has any parts and let you know what I find.

    • @davemaximillion5501
      @davemaximillion5501 7 годин тому

      Ok I was able to find trigger parts on ebay. As you pull the trigger can you see the hammer in the back of the slide move toward you?

    • @davemaximillion5501
      @davemaximillion5501 7 годин тому

      If the hammer doesn't move as you pull the trigger than your hammer spring is more than likely broke.

    So I bought the sccy cpx2 several years ago. Had failure to feed issues right out the gate. I noticed it would only cycle certain 9mm types. I've thought it could be a mag issue but I eventually just stopped caring. I cleaned it and everything and still had issues. But now that I know it's predominantly the mag I know what to do now. I'm a broke musician so I can't just go out and spend the bills on something cool so this is kinda just what I got. But this video definitely gives me some hope. ❤
