Hate to say it but when you were Chopping it wasn't the knife that was at fault it was the way you were Chopping it .....45 degree left strike followed by 45 degree right strike .....Personally I couldnt fault this knife good all rounder !!

You might have more joy batoning with a bigger baton and onto a firm surface like a tree stump or even the pieces you batoned first. 7Cr17MoV is supposed to be a corrosion resistant carbon steel so although it shouldn't rust easily it still needs the same care as a higher carbon steel knife. So many preppers use water filters instead of water purifiers. Water filters will still need resources to remove viruses from the water. As an absolute minimum get a water purifier with the ability to self clean, even better one that uses carbon to remove taste/scent from the water. If you rely on a basic water filter you will just get ill. The perfect set up would be something like the lifesaver wayfarer or MSR guardian combined with a steri pen. Even better would be the gravity equivalent of the MSR guardian or a LifeStraw peak series gravity filter again with a steri pen.

I commend you for your passion on this subject and I’m not trying to belittle you but that’s a lot of gear. Have you taken it out and rucked with it? Do you exercise? What type of shoes/boots and socks do you wear? The longest I ever went in one day was over 25 miles with a full pack and medical gear plus a weapon(shotgun) in Okinawa Japan and I was smoked at the end and I was 20 years old with no medical issues and I weighed 150 pounds. You have a lot of great ideas but to offer some advice I would start working exercising, losing weight and watching videos and reading books on the subject. Again not making fun of you or trying to give you a hard time but that is way too much gear and you have too many single use items.

Do not hunt deer with this crossbow. especially not with the bolts it comes with, that would be extremely un-ethical (Field tips are designed to penetrate foam targets, not flesh). you could hunt for small game however. for deer hunting you would need a full size crossbow shooting larger bolts with higher stopping power and accuracy (150lbs and up would be okay for larger game). Just make sure to use decent broadhead tips for deer hunting.

Need more light on pack items. Hard to translate accent,with out any visible object to v give clue to what your talking about.. Please go thru your many bags,instead of saying something never showing,then you toss the little Bags aside.No clue what was said nor what was in. The packs!. Turn on the lights!!!!!! Move camera more overhead,!looking down over the subject your talking about. Less camera on you when talking about the stuff in the many little bags.more contrast of subject ,& background.

On the bandages it is 18cmX18cm because that's the size of actual dressing that is on the bandage but the length of it is probably4 to 5 meters. 😀

I would say we do need a urban bug out bag (assuming majority of us are living in the city). Let’s say situation that our house isn’t safe/suitable to live for a short period of time e.g flooding, gas leak, massive fire nearby and the emergency team guide you to an emergency shelter. Or even if you can go to friends or family house, it’s better to have something with you especially if they live far away. You may not have enough time to pack your bag.

Please mate stop spending money on scam items. Yes, toilet paper and wet wipes are to clean biological waste, so it's not false advertising. The only reason they put them both in a box with the bio symbol, is to make it look like a HAZMAT item to charge extra.

Thanks for the feedback pal the kit is more so for protecting my home not meant for roaming the streets. its so in a civil unrest situation I can better prepare myself to deal with looters or attackers.

I want to give some constructive criticism without coming off as "THAT guy" but its going to be kinda hard, possibly impossible. The vest and gear marks you as a target, if things were that desperate and i saw a guy in that getup in your kinda shape (not shaming) I'd be wondering what else you have. The gloves will be next to useless against a bladed attack, please invest in cut resistant gloves. The balaclava is going to do nothing for personal protection, a nomex or similar material would be far superior. With the beard how good is the seal on that mask? If the state of affairs is bad enough to warrant this getup I.D. spray is pointless. You're going to be wasting time that could be used in more "proactive" self defense. The little torch is a surprisingly good bit of kit for such a budget item, i have several but i dont think that strobe will be strong enough for the purpose you portrayed. For the strobe to catch someone offguard and disorientate, your assailant would need to be in a pitch black environment, as we can't operate in a pitch black environment thats unlikely to happen. Your trauma dressing should be easily and readily available, id suggest keeping it so its not tucked away in a pouch where only other people can access it for you. There's a couple of other points but I've been "THAT guy" enough for one video. Keep up the good work.

Also yes hammer away with the pummel it’s 100% designed for it. The original BG one had issues and so it was then revised with a thicker and wider plastic base at the bottom identical to the newer ultimate model.

Damn feeling old now, I would have been playing around with the original unrevised Bear Grylls version of this while this while this guy was starting primary school. Was quite a bit bigger back then too and looked at it like it was gold no different than him. After use with the older model of this knife and after a 10k+ of collecting over the years all I can say is I absolutely feel sorry for anyone that purchases this over least the Gerber strong arm OR Cold Steel Srk (the slightly better option) when searching for a cheap throw around knife or on a small budget.
