I want to give some constructive criticism without coming off as "THAT guy" but its going to be kinda hard, possibly impossible.
The vest and gear marks you as a target, if things were that desperate and i saw a guy in that getup in your kinda shape (not shaming) I'd be wondering what else you have.
The gloves will be next to useless against a bladed attack, please invest in cut resistant gloves.
The balaclava is going to do nothing for personal protection, a nomex or similar material would be far superior.
With the beard how good is the seal on that mask?
If the state of affairs is bad enough to warrant this getup I.D. spray is pointless. You're going to be wasting time that could be used in more "proactive" self defense.
The little torch is a surprisingly good bit of kit for such a budget item, i have several but i dont think that strobe will be strong enough for the purpose you portrayed. For the strobe to catch someone offguard and disorientate, your assailant would need to be in a pitch black environment, as we can't operate in a pitch black environment thats unlikely to happen.
Your trauma dressing should be easily and readily available, id suggest keeping it so its not tucked away in a pouch where only other people can access it for you.
There's a couple of other points but I've been "THAT guy" enough for one video.

Thanks for the feedback pal the kit is more so for protecting my home not meant for roaming the streets.
its so in a civil unrest situation I can better prepare myself to deal with looters or attackers.
