How to cooking video’s, from scratch cooking, traditional Italian
The Best Steak Tacos!!!
Recipe:
1 lb skirt steak (makes between 6-8 tacos)
Marinade-
2 tbs soy sauce
2 tbs Worcestershire sauce
1 tbs olive oil
1 tbs honey
6 cloves garlic
2 tbs black pepper
1 tbs salt
1 orange
1 lime
3 scallions (sliced)
For the tacos-
Corn tortillas (2 per taco)
1/2 yellow onion (diced)
1/2 bunch cilantro (chopped)
1 lime (cut into wedges)
Salsa verde
Combine the soy, Worcestershire, oil, honey, garlic, pepper and salt in a blender and blend until smooth.
Place the skirt steak in a gallon freezer bag and pour over the mixture. Squeeze the orange and lime over the steak and sprinkle the scallions over as well.
Seal the bag with as little air as possible and rub the mixture around to evenly coat the steak.
Let sit at room temperature for a half hour.
Get a cast iron pan very hot and add 1 tbs olive oil. When oil begins to smoke remove the steak from the marinade and place in the pan cooking each side for 3 minutes on high heat. Put the steak on a plate and set to the side to rest. While steak rests heat tortillas over a flame on the stove then place on a plate and cover with a kitchen towel to keep warm. Slice the meat and set aside. To build the tacos take 2 tortillas per taco place desired amount of steak then top each with the salsa, onion, and cilantro. Serve with wedges of lime.

Nice one again, Rocco! My Dutch oven is halfway yours I think....😂 Soup it is today here as well. I found some homemade chickenstock in my freezer, cabage, onions, garlic, potatoe, chorizo in cubes, smoked paprika powder, cumin, salt and pepper! Ciabatta with onions and cheese from the oven to munch with it. 👍
