Hello all, I am just your average guy that likes guns, beer, fast cars, and trucks. I work a normal 9 to 5 and decided to start doing various reviews on guns, outdoor stuff, and blogs on my outdoor adventures. I don't have stacks of cash to go and buy the top shelf equipment, so I look for the best bang for the buck as most average American's do. If you have any suggestions of things you would like to see me try, put them in a comment on one of my videos and I'll do my best to do a video. You'll often see cameos of my family, including my kids who are starting to get involved in shooting and just the outdoors in general.
Test of Time - Smittybilt Overland XL Gen2 Roof Top Tent Reveiw
I've had the Smittybilt Overland XL Gen2 RTT mounted on the truck for over a year and a half and spent 35 to 40 nights in it. Through Appalachian Mountain winters and the Utah summers; watch to see the issues that have developed over the course of its use. I will say that it's a phenomenal starter RTT for the price and the space is pretty sweet but everything has it's downsides. Find out what they are here! Got questions...I'll answer them. Just drop a comment below!

Just an FYI for you Veterans and active duty folks! It's mounted on my KBVoodo Max Modular Rack using their standard height awning brackets to mount to the bed rack. Material is sturdy and it has been used for so many different functions! ...
How To - Axle Vent Mod First Gen Nissan Titan
Переглядів 2,9 тис.3 роки тому
Hello all! Here is a quick how-to install using the PRG axle vent mod for the first generation Nissan Titan. The first Gens are widely known for having issues with blowing rear axle seals. This vent mod helps reduce the built up pressure in the axle housing and reduces the likely hood of blowing axle seals. Below is the link to PRG's site with the kit used in the video. Happy wheeling! Hello fellow Overlanders! Decided to do a random adventure to the Upper Peninsula of Michigan (5/12-5/18) and explore Pictured Rocks National Lake Shore. I've never been anywhere this far north so it was cool to see the area. Unfortunately I didn't have my truck for this one, but my dad was gracious enough to lend is nearly new 2020 4Runner TRD Off-Road. We spent a week on this trip staying at ...
270 Degree Awning | OVS Nomadic LT - Can Cheap be good?

Overland Vehicle Systems Nomadic 270 degree LT awning - One month review. So far I love this awning! It is easy to deploy, easy to pack up and it is freestanding (in mild weather)! 80 square feet of coverage, about 53 pounds, sturdy construction, and heavy duty cover! OVS's customer service is top notch too! The stitching ripped apart (slightly) on one side after making this video and a 4 minut...

Hello fellow Overlanders! Last weekend (3/18-3/21) I went to Windrock Park in Tennessee for the 4th annual Shamrock Shakedown! Great food, music, people, and of course wheeling! I brought the Titan out there and rolled with Queen City Off-Road Toyota (awesome group). We had a great time exploring the area. It rained for several days before we got there so the trails were much more difficult tha...

What's up everyone! Me and two other rigs took a trip up to Jefferson National Forest in Virginia and spent two nights in two different spots. The first place is called "The Scales" which is an open mountain top pasture with stunning views and wild horses. Second night was along a river we found that we dubbed "Mossy Rock"; don't google it because you wont find it ;) Snow camping was our goal a...

Day 2 of our weekendlander trip to Gatlinburg, the Hurricane Creek Trail, and Max Patch camping area. Tons of rain dumped in the area just a few days before we arrived to Hurricane Creek. Wheeling, and camping with Queen City Off-Road Toyota! Huge shout out to them for letting Titan Overland join along or as they called me "the Poor Man's Yota"!!
Gatlinburg, TN and Hurricane Creek Weekendlander (Part 1)

A small weekendlander trip to Gatlinburg and Hurricane Creek. We attempt to set up the RTT in a parking lot IN Gatlinburg, explore the moonshine joints, and camp in Great Smokie Mountains National Park. Things don't go as planned but we had fun either way. This is why I love the RTT and heater set up I'm working with. Doesn't matter the weather, we'll always have a nice and cozy place to crash....

Midwest Industries Blast Can Review on RF AR-15 Pistol
Переглядів 33 тис.4 роки тому
Testing out the Midwest Industries Blast Can on my Radial Firearms AR-15 7.5" Pistol. I can definitely tell that the it made a huge difference when directing the sound and flash away from the shooter. Stood behind another shooter and the sound is directed down range well. Without ears on, the sound is still loud but bearable with minimal ear protections. Blast Can retailed for $29.99 not includ...

After shoot review of the Radical Firearms 7.5" 5.56 AR-Pistol. In the video I say this thing is loud - I know, I know that all AR's are pretty loud, but this 7.5" takes the cake compared to all the one's I've shot before. Other than that, it's a great platform, well made by RF and the Sightmark Reflex sight is great. Really easy to stay on target and great field of view. Drop any questions or ...
Magpul M-lok Angled Fore Grip on 7.5” AR-Pistol
Переглядів 53 тис.4 роки тому
Quick update on the outfitting of my Radical Firearms 7.5" 5.56 AR-Pistol. Recently purchased the Magpul M-Lok Angled Fore Grip in Flat Dark Earth. Magpul makes great products and this is no different. The grip feels good and helps provide great stability during firing. I did have to modify it just a bit so it would lay flat on the rail. A little sanding of a plastic tab and it lays flush with ...

Radical Firearms 7.5” 5.56 AR-Pistol MHR unboxing
I didn’t get the m lock version. Can I buy m lock accessorie kit to mount mine?
Not if it’s not an mlock hand guard
OK I see thanks
Terrible music, can't hear speaker over music.
Yea sorry, it was one of my first videos.
you're forward grip, was it easy to add-on?Or did you have to change some things
Not too bad. Check out my other video covering exactly that
Update?
It’s super loud! I have this and an Ak full size and this think almost if not louder then that. Lol.🤣👍🏾
Have any steps how to install I can seem to tighten the nuts on my risk due to no space
Just lip stick
Sight mark holds tight I only have 200 rounds thru so far
I bought this exact gun and exact sights and I love it!
what sight is that?
Why get FDE? Looks out of place
because that's what I like and what a lot of other pieces look like now too
Here is question? I have a 300 black out rattler how do you put it on with out removing the sig shroud!
Do you wish you would have went longer? Is it accurate?
Ear plugs and earmuffs and a sound mitigating compensator pushing sound out front and down range
I do not understand why people continue to buy those optics
Care to elaborate?
@@TitanOverlandI don’t think he even knows
@@Pirategod23😂
i got the same one but it’s not threading on to my 556
@@jettglover1187 weird. Hopefully they take of that for you
I see the angled fore grip is pushed back all the way looks like I’ll be able to mount a foregrip and flashlight in front of the foregrip
That Midwest Industries blast can does work to put the sound more down range, away from the shooters ears, but AR pistols are so stupid loud and concussive that you would prob blow your windows in your house out if you used it in home defense. Way too much unburnt powder.
You are 100% correct! I’ll reach for the shotty before this one. Lol 😂
Why don't you have glasses on also you should have double up on the ears and get a suppressor.
Because I do what I want
i had issues hearing you over the music that I assume was supposed to be in the background instead of you being in the background. maybe it's i'm just old and going deaf LOL................ thnx for the info just starting to do some stuff to my titan to get out on trails for the 1st time ever.
Yea, beginner editing error. Good news though, you’re probably not deaf 😂
@TitanOverland lmao..... that's a plus hahaha. I sure hope I didn't come across as a jerk as that wasn't my intention.
@@georgecook1374 not at all! I learned quickly after that one. LOL
Do you think it would fit on the 5” Arp
Honestly couldn’t tell you. I had to modify mine, might have to do the same to yours
I’m digging my new radical 7.5 pistol. I just now realized it even had a sticker in that bag lol
LOL $99? Oh boy...
Yea, way more than it needs to be!
That's the 180 not the 270. Good video though.
It really isn’t though. 180 only does one side of the the vehicle, 270 wraps around like the one shown.
Looks good! Rocking the sightmark! I had one of those on an old pistol. Just finished a blackout and grendel pistol and seeing how people like those flash cans/linear comps for keeping the sonic blast away from range neighbors. My blackout i was pondering the idea of using it for home defense with a flash can. Would obviously keep electronic ear muffs with the gun. Also decided on 10 o'clock for the flashlight.
Sightmark is a great budget optic. I've had zero issues with it. I feel like the blast can does the job it's supposed to do. Still loud AF though. LOL
I'm #600 🎉 Can't wait to get my Titan rolling.
Thanks for sharing, have a similar setup and felt this was the most 'legit' option. I'm also in NC and AT3 ships pretty damn decent, PSA also has nice shipping time frame. Luckily I have a Cabelas up the street for a back up
That female has NO BUSINESS firing WEAPON. PERIOD
Lol…you’re funny
What kind of mags you use for it
P-Mags
Good tips, thank you!
best way to find the this specific trail to the scales?
I think there is only one trail to get up to the scales for vehicles.
@@TitanOverland do you have an address? Or the closest address to the trail?
@@Uno91180 on google maps, look for RTE613 in Troutdale, VA. That will get you to the scales. Some of those other trails were in the surrounding area while we were exploring.
Hows everything holding up?
Best investment out of the entire build. I use it all the time and not just for camping. Have had a replacement cover shipped out to me since stitching started coming apart but OVS has amazing customer service and they hooked me up with no questions.
I got one and it came tangled up and seems like someone rushed to put it in before shipping or something
Sucks that happened! hopefully it was still in good shape when you got it sorted out. If you do have problems OVS has some great customer service and will probably hook you up if anything is wrong.
@@TitanOverland thanks man. I actually ended up fixing it but it took some evenings. It’s a great system. Love your rig. I’ll take a video of mine sometime and put it up
Where did you get those awning brackets! I have the same set up and I just ordered the same awning. I’m stressing about how to mount it. Seems like it works good with the smittybuilt tent though so that’s reassuring.
I got the brackets through kbvoodoo. The same manufacturer of the bed rack. Check out my awning video and it goes through a thorough breakdown of that set up! Thanks for watching!!
@@TitanOverland great! I ended up watching most of your videos yesterday. Thanks! All good info. Got my awning set up yesterday. It is a really great product. I used bungees attached to the awning and was able to get all the tent windows open as well.
😂 subscribed after first 30 seconds bravo 👏
Any tipe of angle grip is fine for ARP ? As long as its not 90°?
That’s what I understand but would recommend reading the fed boi rules on that
Are these better than American tactical
Can’t speaks to American Tactical…but I do know I have had zero issues with all of my Radicals
What stock is that?
SBA3
Im really curious about this things mounting system... how universal is it? I have an RCI 12'' offroad rack and am wondering if it will mount
As long as you can mount simple L brackets to your rack, you can mount the awning to those brackets.
Lowe’s? Wtf?
Yup! Just ordered it online. They won't have it in their store.
I just bought a 2023 titan. Can't wait to get it out in the woods. VA. is my home state. I was raised in Radford. I spent a lot of time in that forest.
Can you put a suppressor on it?
Had similar issue, with only 2 M-lok slots per side, is hard to fit due to the gas block blocking at least 3/4 in of the 2nd slot so I had to use shorter bolts and push the grip forward so it wont make contact with the gas block, is also a 300 ACC do the barrel is thicker and is very close to the hand guard so I had to use a shorter bolts so that it would not touch the barrel. Recommend you get at least a 3 M-lok slot hand guard cuz some accessories require 3 slots.
what gps system are you using?
I use GAIA as my offroad gps
Coolness
Thanks for the video. How wide is the awning? How far dose it go out to the side and the back of the vehicle?
The awning itself is about 7 ft long. As far as extending out from the truck, it comes out around 6 feet or so with each leg.
@@TitanOverland Thank you.
I have this exact pistol was 700 flat but came with a different type of brace but I took it off immediately cuz fcck the new atf law I have not shot it yet tho
Nice dude. Keeping up with the geo metros on the trail
What's the handguard that you are using and what's the model Sitemark
It's the MHR handguard from Radical. The optic is the ultra shot plus. Pretty sure I have a video on that one too!
Just moved here a couple yrs ago, planing to do this later this spring. Your the first to mention it’s after the tunnel. Thanks!
Hope it helps! Enjoy the trails!
