  • Hello fellow Overlanders! Last weekend (3/18-3/21) I went to Windrock Park in Tennessee for the 4th annual Shamrock Shakedown! Great food, music, people, and of course wheeling! I brought the Titan out there and rolled with Queen City Off-Road Toyota (awesome group). We had a great time exploring the area. It rained for several days before we got there so the trails were much more difficult than normal. Suffered a little body damage, but meh, it happens. Still a blast and got to see some awesome stuff! Highly recommend spending some time out there and checking out the area. Nemo's Tunnel and the old abandoned train are definitely places to explore! I also highly recommend buying a map at the general store. It is really easy to make a wrong turn and head down a trail that is much harder than you may be planning to do! The truck performed great and I couldn't be happier with it! All my gear is listed below!

      Turn off the dumb trance music. Especially, when you are talking to the camera.

    Hey I have an 11 Titan and have been thinking about doing some light off-roading with it. What all have you done to yours other than the wheels and tires that you would recommend?

    • @TitanOverland
      @TitanOverland  2 роки тому

      First thing first…do the rear axle breather mod! Cannot stress that enough. I have a small list on mine for wheel clearance. Self recovery gear for sure and comms. That’s a good start there!

      Yea, that was one of the early videos and some editing mistakes that slipped past me. I appreciate the feedback. The newer videos are way better editing wise.

    What trails did you go on?

    • @TitanOverland
      @TitanOverland  2 роки тому

      honestly, i'm not sure which trails we went on. I was just part of a follow party. If I remember correctly, G7 was a main trail that flowed through the middle of the entire park. It was tough in places but definitely doable in a full-size truck

      @@TitanOverland aren't the G trails just Gravel trails?

    • @TitanOverland
      @TitanOverland  2 роки тому

      @@Daniel_BDB That is what they are designated, but there are several places on those G trails that definitely aren't gravel! lol.
