Xbox series s is a very good console in my opinion I also have a ps5 slim just for PlayStation exclusive games but my series s is my main console

Go to network then to go advanced settings head to alternate MAC address then click manual then put your Mac address from your router boom it fix that’s how I fix my Xbox series x network problem

I had issues on series s last years so decided switched to ps5 zero issues with me, and now I have series x seem flawless work better than series s.

I bought this for my 11 year old for Christmas. Hopefully she’ll enjoy it! But my question is besides a headphone and controller will I need to buy anything else? Does the controller need a battery, what about space? Can you show that

I was going to say idk if your console ever gets hot but if so try laying it flat your cutting off half of the air flow standing it up like that the series s takes air in both the sides and blows it out the top

I started watching your videos when I was about to get my Series S, and I saw that you had just gotten yours. I still love the console to this day. Eventually, I upgraded to the Series X. I was experiencing a Wi-Fi issue on the Series S, but doing a full shutdown from the settings and enabling Sleep mode fixed it. If the problem persists even with Sleep mode, switching to a regular shutdown might help. Before upgrading to the Series S, the expansion card solved my storage issues. When I upgraded to the Series X, I kept the card, and now I have 2TB of storage. Also the problem opening your purchased games might be bcs you need to set that xbox as your "home xbox" in settings.

I've just recieved a series s as a gift from my parents but it's struggling to open the guide while playing games, the OS is unusually sluggish and the animation when game's being launched freezes most of the time but only with X|S optimised games. Could anyone help?

Try taking it off of that rug.The S takes in cooling air from its vent holes underneath as well as the back.The fan will run faster to blow out hot air from the processor as the rug being material is effectively blocking.If nothing else it will shorten the life of the processor as well as cause slow downs and glitches onscreen.

I have a series x but i switched to ps5 pro i agree xbox has issues to resolve the thing i hate the most is the UI it’s so annoying and also had problems with online occasionally

Buy a series x and get 2 12tb external harddrives which should give you up to 1000 games install size or more so you wont need worry about room for games lol

From owning every xbox over 20 years and experienced every problem imaginable,they still cant make hardware that runs flawlessly but i know all the ways to fix it Few tips that usually fixes connectivity ● clear mac address then wait for xbox to reboot then follow up with a hard reboot holding the power button for more then 5 seconds,this also opens up the NAT TYPE ● Clear blu ray drive with the above options ● Remove account do previous suggestions then re add account back ● Leave moderm off for 5 mins then do 1st step ● Make sure wires and cables arent worn twisted or damaged in any way Any other problems just ask

Series X owner here, I have similar issues from time to time with the Series X. I had a Series S before and the only issue that I had with that console was the big fan on top would get extremely hot and therefore, it would cause a game to drop in frames or crash altogether.

it takes an hour or 2 for him to transfer games to and fro from an external drive lol WOW talk about CAP and he's wearing one.. FACT Series S was never a better option and you knew that

The best thing I recommend for you if you can only play on wifi get yourself a little table to put next to your tv so your Xbox can find more better your wifi signal and sometimes resetting your modem / router always helps get yourself a Cat 7 Ethernet cable also 2 could help and you can also play games on the cloud without needing any storage 😊👍👌

The series S with the 1tb of storage memory card is a little beast of a console. I have a ps5 slim with an added 1tb Samsung ssd so in total I have 2tb and I love it‼️, but I love all my console brothers and sisters

I have series X and I experience disconnecting from online when playing at times for nothing. So no saving when my account disconnected. Imagine cloud gaming now. What a Joke. " Not Funny"

I love my Xbox series S with 2TB sea gate storage with built in 512GB and I have this console for 3 years and no problems and my Wi-Fi is so strong and I have it wired and I got a job and I still have time to play games I have 23 games on Xbox series S 😂

I have has the XSS since February 2023 and I haven’t had issues with storage at all. Sill more than 6 games installed sometimes, although i focus on 1-2 games, 3 games top, at a time.

I started watching your content when you first got your Series S because coincidently, I was getting one around the same time you got yours. I agree with your problems, I've been thinking about buying a seagate expansion since the hard drives only run backwards compatible while thr expansions work with all games. And I did just start getting the wifi issue like you. All I do is quick restart my console by holding the home button on my controller and it's always worked. It only takes less than a minute and has always worked for me.

Wifi( , you plug lan internet cable. Slow internet sucks.

I have moved on from console gaming and both my PS 5 and series just sit. If the next gen is a true next gen unlike this one and MS has another series S type console I would get it. Perfect console to do the minimum and still a non expensive way to experience current gen games.

Sold my Xbox Series X to get a PS5 Pro, even though already owned a PS5. However, after getting the PS5 Pro, i missed the Xbox ecosystem and decided to pick up a used Xbox Series S for $150. I'm now happy with this system, as the PS5 Pro didn’t feel like a significant upgrade from the PS5 , sold the PS5 Pro, redownloaded my Xbox games, and are enjoying the experience, especially with features like Quick Resume on your 2K OLED monitor 🥰

I had a series s for 2 years and recently bought the new series x refresh and im ngl it feels like an entire different generation at times. Very often actually. Games like red read redemption running the one x version or even shooter games like apex and fortnite. The quality is just ridiculously good. The performance modes are the quality modes of series s and if you have a newer hmdi 2.1 tv like i do with features like motion enhancement you can literally manipulate the games to run 120fps even if in 30 fps. So imagine that on top of the 4k ray tracing quality modes. You're literally playing at 4k 120 fps! I've tested it side by side and "native 120fps" looks identical to motion enhancement. Not to go off topic but thats why being hyped over the ps5 pro is kind of foolish to me for that reason. You can argue it creates artifacts. But if you tone it down then youre still running any 30fps games at 4k 60 at least with no artifacts at all.
