It's a crappy gpu stacked cpu chip set inside. These chips literally costs 2 or 3 dollars. It's an Intel cpu chip that's 20 years old now. For 100 bucks for can get a used Nintendo Switch or a PS Vita and sometimes you can find Steam Decks for a little over 100 if lucky. Almost every phone now can play every emulator on this handheld. My s23+ can play Nintendo Switch emulators. This is A SH*TTY RIP OFF product and another low quality Chinese made SCAM. Nothing special and won't even last you a couple months if you like to play games at least an hour a day/night 4 or 5 times a week. Just save your money and take that extra 50 with another 50 and buy good well known quality products

Looks legit, but still interesting about its power, especially the NeoGeo, and PS1, Chinise consoles often fails with NeoGeo and PS1, some NeoGeo games requires more power like LifeForce Salamander 2, Metal Slug, any fighting game, they are all benchmarks, XYXYX, Blazing Star, and other games made by SNK requires pretty much powerful thing EDIT: Oh wait, this thing is on android, so, maybe its good to try out

Honest advice: If you are lazy and just love having a handheld, it's a good choice to buy one. pro: Hundreds of games already downloaded Con: Kinda annoying to custom/mod If you want to save your money and want specific games. Just download an emulator. Pros: Versatile and once you understand the emulator, it is easy to mod and custom. It is free if you know where to find it. Con: Need a good device to run a large game

Sucks because I just bought the SP but I really like a lot of the PSP titles not sure if I should wait for a new abernic or get one of these

The Anbernic SP handheld has definitely better colors. The Miyoo Flip colors are boring in my opinion. I wish you could buy a full silver one.

5:00 Retroid is appeasing to us Dpad on bottom people, they are the same company as Ayn so those people that want Dpad on bottom buy an Ayn device. I've proved many times with deep diving into the OS and hardware of Retroid and Ayn devices, they both are owned by Moorechip, use the same developer for their OS, use the same developer for their Handheld Settings app, and the same company for their sticks and buttons. So those that say they aren't related or the same company are being fooled by another Chinese company.

That's odd that this handheld which is better than the A30 would have all the same features.

The whole thing looks very cheap as if it was home made. Compare that to rg35xxsp.

The build quality of Miyoo devices seems to have dropped off, which is a shame, the Miyoo Mini and Mini Plus have a real premium feel for their low price, the plastic felt solid and not cheap. But the A30 was just bad and super cheap feeling and the Flip looks to be using the same low grade looking plastic.

I sell about 20 of these a month online. I just bought 30 for $20 a pop. I sell all the different retro budget handhelds and I sell about 10 r36s devices for every other kind. It's SUPER popular and for a reason. This is a VERY good handheld. For the price I would argue there has never been a better deal in the entire history of video gaming. It can even play N64! I swear on everything that majoras mask and metropolis street racer are fully playable. But beyond the fact that the r36s is faster than other rk3326 devices (somehow!), it comes with a very nicely curated SD card. Unlike the Anbernic and miyoo offerings, they have all the nintendo titles on it. I mean, if you aint got much money, it's a no brainer... The 128gb r36s comes with 21000 games on the latest revision. (they did do a bunch of doubles on genesis and snes though), but it's a pretty good selection. I buy 128gb teamgroup cards and clone the sd card to them and sell these with those because the microsd card is garbage, but I mean what can you expect? It's $20!
