That Proxima is a stunner and reminds me of the Sinn U50 a little bit. I love the hands on it. Just wish it came in black or blue variety. Also, its a little too steep in price for me for an AliE watch.

I have the Tissot seastar quartz 40mm. Its a nice watch for my skinny wrist. One negative is that the bezel is mineral crystal & in certain lights you can't see the numbers on it clearly at all. Its overpriced really but im hoping the movement lasts for 30+ years. Its a nice looking watch overall though.

The 2000 series added a 12 to the dial in 95/96. So this is not from the 80s

I have a PD-1692 “airking” V1 for the last 2 years, using everyday everywhere, it loses like 2 seconds a day so no worries, mine just have a small dirty on the dial on the 6 marker. Sadly pagani is known for their bad lume, I got a quartz GMT (pretty similar to the one on this video) it was less than $50 USD (so it would avoid 92% import tax fee in Brazil) from Addiesdive but I didn’t use properly yet because the bracelet uses the pin system and is so annoying to set (I’m thinking on just use the pagani bracelet on it, but I’m waiting delivery of a adjustment kit to remove/set it) Addiesdive at least uses proper lume on their dial, but their logo/name is ugly. On a few fancy pieces they only write addies and looks so much better.

worst watch ever it's heavy and the steel used is way to cheap, its harsh on the skin! i have an oris and it's from another dimension!

I have the Addiesdive AD2101. It has sapphire glass - seiko movement NH35A very nice and works pefect.

I have that Poedegar in blue, I think it's a winner for that price.

Please don't wave the watch all over the place. I can't get a decent look at it. It would also be helpful if you could show the crown and the back of the watches. Also tell us a little about the bracelet. Some bracelets are just junk. I don't want to spend $200 on a watch only to have to spend another $60-100 for a decent bracelet. So please hold the watch still, Thank you.

I have a Pagani Design PD-1762 V4, a creditable homage to the Rolex Explorer II, but I have a couple of disappointments with it. The "cyclops" date window magnifies too much, making it actually hard to see the date, and distracting every time you look at the watch. I had a local watchmaker replace the crystal with one having no cyclops date window. Now I can still easily see the date, but it's not distracting. The bracelet clasp design is cheap, relying on an interference fit to snap into place. The design requires you to use your fingernail to pry open the clasp each time you remove it. However the clasp was too tight to do this, and I had to actually use a jewelers screwdriver to pry it open each time. I filed the clasp down where the interference was too high, but it was still did not feel right and I didn't want to take too much material off, making it unusable. I contacted Pagani, and they sent me a new bracelet, which worked properly, "snapping" closed with not too much force. After wearing the watch for several weeks, it's just not satisfactory. The previous version of this watch had a push button release mechanism, which is much preferable. This bracelet appears to be an effort to save some money by eliminating the push button mechanism, but it gets old using your fingernail each time to open it. Additionally the bracelet tapers from 21mm to 16mm, and the reduced width at the clasp makes it somwhat uncomfortable to wear. A wider clasp is just going to be more comfortable, not allowing the watch to rock sideways as much on your wrist. I have never seen any other watch with a similar bracelet, it just feels cheap. It may seem like a small thing, but your interact with the clasp every time you use the watch. In fact I dislike it so much I tried finding another bracelet. I ordered a similar style bracelet on Amazon that had a push button clasp, but it turns out the spring bar mounting holes on the Pagani bracelet are offset a little to make the bracelet fit closer to the watch body. Since the replacement bracelet spring bar holes did not have this offset, then there was a slight gap between the bracelet and the watch. I gave up and returned the new bracelet, reinstalling the Pagani bracelet. Additionally the lume on the watch hands and face is total garbage, essentially useless. I love the watch itself (well, with the new crystal) but may end up selling this watch because of the bracelet. Pagani, I hope you can redesign this watch to make it better in the next iteration.

Best feature of the seestern is the lumed date, how often do you see that. Also, I have the proxima and it's amazing, far enough from the OG that it's not recognizable as a homage and that CW light catcher case never fails to amaze.
