Hello. I came across your channel a few days ago. I have watched several of your declutter and organize videos. Just wanted to let you know when I empty my vacuum container I go outside and dump it in a bag. I am also highly allergic to dust. Dumping it outside has helped me a lot. Then the dust allergens are outside and not flying around in the house. I have noticed a difference when I do it that way.

I'm part-way through a gradual and gentle reducing of our stuff after finding myself, very suddenly and unexpectedly, a widow! I have you (and April the Space Maker) as background while I potter about re-thinking things. I too love vintage things but I am trying to only keep what I use, and parting with the extra for someone else to enjoy. I love eating from odd plates that are probably 100 years old, imagining the girls (usually) who sat in the factories hand-painting and gilding them. What did they chatter about? Gossip about? Complain about? All the lives the crockery has lived before me. I cannot wait to watch more of your content! So realistic, and pragmatic...you are helping me find a new way of being. Grateful thanks from the UK.

I've been binge watching your videos and enjoying them! May I make a suggestion? As someone who is prune to motion sickness, is there another way to do your walk around shots without so much camera movement? Otherwise, great job on all the work you're doing! I'm thinking of doing a declutter by half on various parts of our house after seeing your closet declutter videos!

Decluttering going well. You could get some Murphy’s soap to scrub the bathroom cabinets. It won’t replace them but they would certainly be cleaner. Just a thought.

We OWN and it's still a grungy house! Investment wise it's not worth putting anything into it, we've made it as livable as we can but it leaks dust into the house, there's mould, the dishwasher is not in the same room as the kitchen, it's impossible to heat and cool, I could go on but basically whoever buys it from us will knock it down and rebuild. I've kept house in it for 15 years and I've had enough! It's close to work and school and we got into when it was more affordable than now. That is not to say you aren't entitled to your mini meltdown. Thanks for being real. It's more to say most of us can relate to keeping house in a place that's getting old. Also, you did say you'd had blood drawn and I think maybe you should have rested that day you did the bathroom. Stuff always gets to us more when we're under the weather.

Saving all the kids stuff sadly is a waste of your time cause they will never go through them and in twenty years they will just bin them,do yourself a fav and let go, i have a couple scraps paper kept ,one a cute letter to the tooth fairy another a sweet mothers day card she made at 6.🤷‍♀️Lizzie

One thing I do to cut down on visual book clutter is to place books on the top and bottom shelves only then just have more sparse decor items on the middle shelves where the eye is drawn to, it’s a visual trick I find works pretty well.

could you hang the ikea picture frame shelf where the towel rail is above the toilet, for your q-tips and hair ties, and then hang a hand towel hook where the current shelf is? might be a way to get around having the towels above the toilet!

Another massive Job! Well done it´s hard to keep motivated. If you make a list of things to do can you hire a handyman for an hour or so and let him hang your grandmothers mirror and put the towel rack in another spot? If you paint the bathroom it will look so much nicer. The current shelf is cute if you can use it for your qtips etc I wouldn´t change it. The top shelf in the hallway I would use for things I use rarely like ski clothing or things like that or maybe the chrismas sweater and PJ´s? So sorry for your situation, I think a lot of ppl know what it´s like living somewhere you don´t like but can´t afford to move. I´m in a similar situation. My appartment doesn´t have any storage. So I have to be minimalist 😢 love your videos

Your side tables are so nice and deep can´t you use them for your momentos´s, iyou put them in a beautiful box so you can see them through the windows. And find a nice shelf for your books somewhere else? I think if you see the covers and the titles you would be more prone to take one and read it? Can you more or less restore the cabinets with some cute vinyl from spoonflower on top of them? Maybe sand them down a little where there ar bubbles?

If I may give an advice do not put your bed higher up, you will only end up with another space to clean :( the rowing machine get rid of it 😇 I loved how your husband said he appeciated you, so sweet!

you did a very good job👍😊 I'm glad that children now have a corner for music, it's great. when there are a lot of things and you no longer know what is where and therefore cannot use them. It turns out that you are not the owners of this house, but your things. they live there. I always remind myself of this and try to make a home for us, not for things. sometimes I really want to buy something beautiful, I remember it, and it’s enough for me to just admire the thing and pass by, at such moments I am very proud of myself 😊👍🥰

Once you start, the main thing is not to stop. Have the habit of checking every few months for damaged, unnecessary, unused things. We have a special box at home, a small one, where we put unused, good things. Even my kids love this box. Then we put this box as a gift to passersby, whoever wants it takes it with them and we are happy that our things find new owners
