Greek Zucchini Pie (Kolokithopita)
Hello dear friends and welcome to my channel.
Today, together with you, I am making an interesting pie with zucchini that will delight you with its ease of preparation and even more with its fantastic taste. Pie is great for breakfast or a snack and very filling. It is easy to prepare from ingredients available to everyone, and even beginners in cooking will succeed from the first time.

Let's go to the recipe
Necessary food items:
- 300g of finished crusts
- 1 zucchini, 200g
- 100g of sausage
- 100g of edam cheese in slices
- 150g of feta cheese
- Dried oregano and basil
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 50ml of olive oil
- 500ml of yogurt
We fold the crusts like a fan and arrange them in a 25x15cm mold until we use them all. Arrange thin slices of zucchini, slices of sausage and slices of cheese between the crusts. Crumble feta cheese on top and sprinkle with oregano and basil.
Now we make the filling from eggs, olive oil, yogurt with the addition of salt and baking powder.
Pour the crusts with the prepared filling and let it stand until the oven heats up.
Bake at 180°C (365°F) for about 45 minutes.

Hallo Mariska, das ist ja genial wie du deinen Butterkuchen Plunderteig drehst und flechtest. 👍werde ich mal probieren. Übrigens, die Hefe braucht keinen Zucker als Entwicklungshilfe, im Mehl sind genügend Nährstoffe enthalten die die Hefe verarbeiten kann. 30 g Hefe auf 500 g Mehl ist schon sehr viel Hefe. Für den Geschmack darfst du selbstverständlich Zucker verwenden. Ich habe mal den Bäckerberuf erlernt.
Ich habe noch nicht versucht, Hefe ohne Zucker zu züchten, werde es aber tun
@@mariskacooking Hallo Mariska, Löse die Hefe in der handwarmen Flüssigkeit mit einen Teil der Mehlmenge auf und lasse diesen Ansatz 20 bis 30 Minuten stehen. Dann wirst du sehen wie sich die Hefe entwickelt.
