What are you talking about? Everybody's moving to overland Park? Check the demographics there buddy because You're off as Platte County actually has higher rates of growth in Johnson County and then Cass County is number two in growth and Johnson county's number three in growth and the Kansas City metro area. Also single family development in many months is led by Kansas City Missouri because of its suburban counties and areas and not buy overland Park, FYI.
Ah yes a classical example of a suburb, denser than kcmo in both jobs and population with a lower rate of single family housing, along with more people living within 5 miles of its downtown and the same amount of walkability.
