Great energy in this video Brenna - I'm so glad you have discovered art and it is giving you so much joy and a connection with community. Go forth and paint I say!! xx
Hi Brenna, I am still catching up on past videos and I will be more than a year late starting but in two days time, November 2024 for me will be meditating 1-2 times a day and at least 30 minutes of craft, ie diamond dots, cross stitch. I love your videos and am learning so much. Cheers from Perth, WA
Hi Breena, Can I ask you the capacity of your solar portable panel. I have a 160kw/h and it takes a long time to charge things up?
I now have 2 x 220w panels and they charge really fast
@BrennaLivingJoyfully Thank Breena.
Pet cooling mat! Brilliant!
LOVED THIS!🥰💕🦮🌻🌷🌹🐾
Why not have a proper 12V system rather than multiple power stations?
I am going to upload a video in the next couple of days about this.
Hi Brenna, love your art work. Where did you buy your frames? Did a Sip & Paint today, it was a lovely experience and it has got my creative spirit ignited again, it has been years since I picked up a brush. I love the colours of the bush and native flowers. 😊
The frames came from Kmart

YOUR SO DELIGHTFUL. 🌸
Ohhh, that pencil sketch of Abby is beautiful. Love your videos❤️
Love your bubbly attitude and really love your art, especially the piece with the leaves. Lived in WA for 12 months on the coast a little village called Yanchep. WA “windy always” 😂
I'm still catching up on all your videos. The rocks are gorgeous and you are a beautiful soul Brenna. Spreading your joy.
I now own a Toyota Hiace Poptop, love the clothesline tip👍👍
Love the scenery. I did 9mths in 2019 in my caravan. It was the best time. I resonate with your words. I’m living in a house now and I’m not settled. I also travelled with two Dachshunds and they loved it too.
It feels like you and Abby are alone in the world.
Fantastic video and what a great attitude. Good one Brenna! ❤
Glad you enjoyed it!
Great video just found your channel im about to relocate to Western Australia in January I'll be travelling with a malamute cross German shepherd thank fully he loves the heat and beaches was very informative thank you stay safe 🚐😉🐕
Must suk to be poor and homeless😂😂😂😂
Hi Brenna, I've been enjoying your content whilst preparing for the move to van life. Portable power has come a long way and I was interested in this video on the Eco Flow Delta capabilities and you helped me with that. I'm considering whether I should do without a fridge temporarily. Did you always have a fridge? Is the 28 litre sufficient? Can I ask if you have a roof solar and battery set up as well, or are you purely using blankets? What brand of solar blanket did you choose? Your thoughts on the economics of portable power versus solar and battery setup would interest me. Appreciate any advice. Thanks
Thanks for your questions. I will make a video answering these as I think they are questions many people have.
It happened because you're delightful and genuine. <3
Beautiful.. good luck 🍀🤞
Brenna Abby is so cute. I am a new subscriber and looking forward to your videos. Take care.
I am sure you brought a lot of joy to their little town as well. Home cooking, mutual respect and lots of joy - can’t beat that 🧡
Yes. Very true.
Great upgrades!! I’m getting a shower tent!!
Life is better with a dog!
I used to always think to myself, "it would be so much easier without my dog but when my dog passed and I went camping, it just didn't feel "right" so I got another dog. He is only 5 months but will be ready for camping/travel next summer.
A lot of these 'Tips' are for 'Solo, Female FREE Van Lifers'. Try some cheap camps/back of Pubs/Showgrounds/Golf Clubs etc. to be safer - you might pay $10/night or so but worth the security.
This advice stands for all camping types.
I love the background music you play in this video, great personal information, cheers from Downunder 🦘🦘🦘❤️🇦🇺
You shouldn't camp on your own - make sure someone (check them out) is nearby.
People can do whatever they want to do. If you don't want to camp on your own don't but some of us want to and that is okay.
It's such a joy to see you so passionate about your art. I would definitely love to do some classes!
That's a lovely experience , so pleased for you ❤ love your videos, thank you
Excellent video Brenna. So glad you mentioned having to take them for a walk, with no travel companion you could have an excuse to stay cooped up in your van without realising it. Look forward to your next video. Terri from Tas.
One more con. With a dog, you have to eat outside at cafes and restaurants. This is ok in good weather but challenging if its windy or inclement.
As a Tasmanian, I can tell you health care, Brit animal or human is actually third world. It’s quite appalling.
Glad you have such a talent for painting. Your fog is very sweet too. Im in the USA and am waiting to start van life but i have a junior in high School so when he geaduates im ready to go. Have a blessed day keep on painting
I will admit that I started following you because of Abby. 🐕🐶❤ But I stayed for both of you!
Yay Brenna! So happy for your great experience and the encouragement you received from those nice people.
Hi Brenna. I live in my Winnebago and have my two small dogs with me. I would never have it any other way. If there are places that don’t allow dogs (National Parks, etc), it doesn’t bother me at all, I don’t make any fuss about it ….. I just simply do not go to those places. For either very wet days, or days too hot to walk them properly, I am lucky enough to have the room for a dog walking machine, so we utilise that. I also feel incredible safe with my dogs. For me, life without my dogs is just not an option. I go back to my wonderful veterinary clinic on a regular basis for check up’s, but if they got really sick, I would gladly drive back to my own vet. For the heat, I am lucky enough to have excellent air-con, and a very power bank system, along with my solar, so off grid is easy for me. Lastly, I have a great enclosure. Yes, it does take much planning and consideration, but for me, I would never swap them.
There's an interesting article in today's west Australian PG 11 about travelling with your dog in the Kimberley
Fantastic brave step. Keep your style. Naive I think they call it. Do you contact with any van life travel groups? I've been looking a little online but have yet to find any websites. Rolling solo. But no others. Ideas?
I don't personally join up with any groups but I have heard a lot of good things about Rolling Solo
Most excellent considerations, thanks for sharing
Your dog is someone and you can't "own" someone like property. You are the guardian of your animal companions, that's all. Don't be speciesist.
Thanks for sharing your journey! I am not a traveller, but listening to how you organize your life, make decisions and follow your heart is very inspiring. Will look forward to seeing your new content, and your artwork.
How wonderful. I can so relate to you and your outlook on life and art. Your enthusiasm just bubbles out. Thank you for sharing. ❤
I used to do paid pet sitting, they all turned into regular bookings and led to referrals for more. Now I have a rescue birdie so no more pet sitting for me except for my neighbour over the road.
