FFX was when Final Fantasy was still to be marveled at, After X IMO FF1XIII was the last FF game to have the wonder effect, even though I don't really care for that entry.

Mom's bought me this and ultimate spider-man for Ps2. I loved it and still do but funny story my big bro came home to visit and stole it upon leaving 😅. He didn't even lie about it just laughed nor did he replace it. He actually introduced me to final fantasy (VII) to be exact. It was my 1st favorite video game, later on in life he introduced me to FFX. It was borrowed from his friend so when he returned it I was soooo sad. To this day I've yet to finish either games I own 2 copies of FFX (PS2/Switch) and FFVII on switch as well. One day though😊

Uematsu was an absolute master of video game music. Never once did he compose a dud, and even now, years after his beloved tracks were first heard, people are still making new versions of them. If that isn't a testament to the man's work, I don't know what is :)

14 years old, the scent of two-stroke gas and summer air in my grandpa's garage. Warm, humid air and the creaking of the camping chair I sat in. My little 16 inch Sony TV and PS2 perched up in the corner. Lemonade and my grandma's cooking. The cute girl that lived down the road. Cloister of Trials attempts between skinned knees from failed kickflips. Days I'll remember fondly for the rest of my life.

A special thank you to Lord Elrond, his merry minstrels, and one special hobbit, who took time away from their tales of Beleriand, and of Gondolin there with it's spires bright in the elder days, to sing of a great kingdom far, far away, the kingdom of Burmecia, and a brave dragon knight who never forsook her home and her duty, e'er that her love was lost, and that his memories of brighter days had faded, and he did not know her face.

WOOHOO!!!! I love Rose of May. I was still sad that Beatrix couldn't be a permanent Party member back then. When FF9 is remade, I do hope that she'll be playable. She's just so darn cool!! So many things I wanted to happen for the remake, so I hope that they'll make Beatrix a permanent party member too. That way, there will be 9 playable permanent characters, which would make sense for Final Fantasy 'IX."

I guess each and everyone of us here have our own story of how we came to be in touch with the FF series. FFIX holds a very dear and special place in my heart, since I met my very best friends cuz of it.. we used to go to each other's house and spend the whole day looking for chocographs, "Hey how'd you find this one?; Man I really need some help with this one". Those are beautifil memories we hold most dear and listening to this arrange brings it back all over again. So, thank you for this. I'm writing this comment with tears in my eyes btw.
