Replaying through VIII on my Switch and this brings back so many memories of going to get Odin, Tonberry, and Brothers. One of my favorite spngs in VIII.
Oh man, I really gotta replay this game. How do you like the Switch remake so far? I modded my steam version several years back and it looks quite a bit better, but what do you think?
This composer... Nobuo Uematsu.. he wasnt just making musical pieces hes depicting life itself in his melodies who wouldve thought that such concentrated inspiration mixed with life experiences would find release and expression in a video games soundtrack AMAZING!
His music has soul, a heart and a door that allows you to enter the realm of thoughts and inspiration. His successor also makes good music but in my opinion it does not have any of the attributes mentioned above.
Just wow first time walking though Odins base and this jam hit me so hard i would just stand there and soak it all in, well done my man, awesome jam. I hope they remake FF8 and FF10
Oh, right? A remake of FF8 would be too much for me. It was the first one I played and I always imagined it being a movie when I was a teenager. But yeah, I loved this side quest. Thanks for listening!
Wow! I love your version! Loving those hard piano hits! And the soft, eerie sustain of the… Glock? The choice of piano for the main moving instrument is a great choice! It’s also mysterious and haunting. LOVE IT! At 1:15, that added high voice that splits and moves up? Great addition! Love it.
The nastalgia, I feel from this, makes me want to excel at many things. Brings back memories of my youth when I was to find my way through these places, no guide, no youtube, just me and the game. So young and unable to grasp the true concept of what I was dealing with as a kid. This was a powerful story, gave me the courage to face my demons. No joke
That's enchanting really beautiful. I think I found a good music for working with my draw. Final fantasy 8 is my favorite videogame the music are fantastic ! Big love from France.
Thanks! I had a particularly fun time working on this one. I used a lot of sounds and methods of writing the instruments than I normally use. So I'm glad you like it so much.
I am actually working on getting all of my songs uploaded to Patreon for patrons to download. This should be up in the next few days. Thank you so much for listening and for asking!
So drifting and mystical like the cool night air of this October 🌛 A bit lost and dissolutioned.. Like me in the world lol I hope i find my way...i know what i want, don't know where to go or how to get it...or even if it exists anymore. .
I feel that way sometimes as well. I think as a society... we've sort of been programmed to feel that way. But we gotta keep doing our best. Hang in there! And thanks for listening.
Oh, I took the World of Final Fantasy Tonberry because it seemed like the best one to me and I did some touching up on my iPad. Then I made the bg image on Midjourney, and animated it all in Davinci Resolve. Here's the tonberry though! finalfantasy.fandom.com/wiki/Master_Tonberry_(World_of_Final_Fantasy)

Right!? Well-said. He wrote so much amazing stuff.
His music has soul, a heart and a door that allows you to enter the realm of thoughts and inspiration. His successor also makes good music but in my opinion it does not have any of the attributes mentioned above.
I could listen to this all day. One of the best from FF8!
Thanks! I love it as well. Glad you like it. Thanks for listening!
One of my all time favourite pieces, learning on piano currently and can't wait to have it down

FF8 and FF10 are the Core FF. FF8 started it and FF10 made it Incredible.

Thanks for your feedback and your educated analysis, good sir! Not a glock though. A celesta. The better version of a glock. ;)

Seriously. Gaming just isn't what it used to be. It was challenging in so many ways and also inspiring.

would be sooooooo funny if the tonberry would be disappearing and reappearing through the whole video, coming closer and closer 🤣
Hahaha I love that idea. That'd be hilarious
Ff8 remastered ❤
You liked the remastered version? I haven't gotten around to playing it yet, but I am totally going to!
Got a link for the artist? Song is good but the Tonberry is class haha
