Great tip! Screws are definitely the way to go-they hold better, are easier to remove if needed, and can really make a difference when you’re fortifying your space. I agree-Apocalypse Z is a solid entry in the zombie/post-apocalyptic genre! Its gritty realism and character-driven narrative make it stand out. It captures the tension of survival and the emotional toll of a collapsing world in a way that keeps you hooked.

You’re absolutely right-Quarantine is basically a scene-for-scene remake of [REC], and while it has its moments, it doesn’t quite capture the raw intensity or atmosphere of the original. [REC] feels grittier, more claustrophobic, and honestly, scarier. It’s a tough act to follow! That said, for people who haven’t seen [REC] (or aren’t fans of subtitles), Quarantine does its job as an accessible introduction to the story. But for anyone who’s experienced the Spanish original, it’s hard not to see it as just a watered-down version.
