theres no based color in 2025.3 man im trying to import the uv image that i have set up in blender into maya but smh the way to import it is so ugly
Hey thanks for the plugin. I ran into an issue because of my weird workflow. Since the model I made was in vr, all the parts to my robot are all different objects. So when I imported them in the parts weren't using the red texture for some reason. I tried merging it in blender first, but I have a feeling that broke the uvs, it worked but all the textures got stretched. edit: I found out its because painter renamed all my objects to the same name when I exported it for some reason. I think

I can't get it to work on 5.4.3 :( Some one can help me plz?
idk about 5.4 (i use 5.3) but i changed some setting in M_AutoMaster material blueprint by fixing the error message in the material (not replace the error texture) instead click on the error texture, on the Details, look for Material Expression Texture Base, it should be empty. Locate the texture that was supposed to be there and find and assign them from there.
My textures dont have any brushes applied to them. Just looks like a smooth colour. Helppppppp!!!!!
i've followed this video, but when exporting to Substance painter, it somehow only includes some of the UVs. what have i done wrong?
This can work very well on simpler models, but for more complex models you will end up with thousands of little pieces in your UVs. Good video tho
