Launch scared me from playing for a while, but now that the items are fixed I'd like to think the DLC is on its way to become very remarkable, I'm very excited to see what the update for False Son Boss and Chef will look like

Just having a new movement speed item in the white pool is huge, never mind just how good the antlers really are. I’ve been able to zip around every map way quicker than usual, which makes the game feel so much better.

I'm just glad that they fixed the twisted elites to actually not punish you for having items that make the game fun. I am not the biggest fan of getting my health blasted because I committed the biggest sin that is picking up chain lightning, gasoline, and missiles.

The dlc pre update wasn't that bad i had a lot of fun with friends people overreacted on a lot of it and now every item is really good which makes the game super easy

I don't think the update ruined the game for very long tbh(once they bugs were fixed into a playable state) now I'd say it's pretty fixed, especially since elites and items are unavoidable now that they're fixed the game is as good as it ever was(minus some power creep)

I finished this pile of broken garbage yesterday , its the most broken game i have ever played, even worst than Mafia 3 The mission to save zhalyssia ? Broken could not enter the main building , so i had to attract enemies to trigger , it worked after that the enemies and the ones i had to help where stuck inside the building having a weapon swap party non stop swapping, then some minutes latter after trying to push on of the monolith out i was able to finish them , suddenly the quest lines would not show up , instead it would update by just talking nonsense to the npcs , one of them gave birth to a duplicate . All bodies in that game are tposing as soon i get close they fall back to the position, that guy that tornado throws out is also tposing until it touches the ground, the npcs get stuck on doors , once i was trying to push out one resulting on the door breaking and going side ways...like merging with the wall. This game is also very generous when i didn't have a sniper rifle , suddenly i swapped to one ... out of nowhere , i have receive total 7 snippers and many other weapons but they are all broken. Many of the optional missions for main missions are broken , don't bother to make them , even if you do them it wont register as finished , like the one you have to give psi pills to some soldiers only their quest lines would not function , with answer as " talk to our superior " When i reached Pripyat that's when the game goes absolute bonkers , random step on object death , more enemy tposing , are you having fun? here let me crash for second? DID YOU STEP on this anomaly? here let me teleport you to this blank blue screen or white and then freeze , yes after i got to pripyat stepping on gravitational anomalies or the pushing ones resulted on a blank screen and the game would freeze , always , ho by the way don't throw something into a gravy anomaly and at the same time step on it ...well if you want to fast travel to out of boundaries or somewhere in the map thats how you do it , step on it at the same time and fly!!! just wait until im sane enough to make a video with all that i described above ... yes i have almost all of it recorded .

127gb update right now they are literally making you re-download the game but they put like 700 fixes in total to AI life,missions and the world in general,in 2 hours i will say if its worth it xD

PoE 2 was a disappointment. It lacks 99% of the features from PoE 1 and D4. You ought to be high on crack if you think PoE 2 will end D4 when it already lost 60% of its playerbase and counting. By season 7 everyone will go back to D4 when they realize how much of a waste of time PoE 2 is.

This game has no vision. I’ve played every DA but inquisition and really each one had major issues, but the vision was clear. This game reeks of cash grab.

Damn, saying that a Dragon Age lacks personality is bold, but also true for this one, and it is the main reason (aside the forced woke garbage) that made this game mediocre. It's sad that so many big companies embraced the trash DEI culture, and ruined so many beloved franchises in the process. But the age of AI is here, real time AI emulated games will be the future of video games to take over in place of the corpses. And no game developer will survive in the new age of being able to ask an AI agent to emulate anything you want to play the moment you want to play for an abysmally low cost (compared to buying a couple of new games every month) at the start and free by 2028-2030 (thanks to NPUs becoming available to consumers).

Dragon age died at DA2, not that it was bad per say but you could tell that the development was lazy, from the level design to the railroad fashion of the game. I Loved the first DA and got disappointed after each further iteration in an increasing fashion but i was starved for this type of product so i simply consumed up to inquisition finished it and said never again

I respect that some creators don't care about woke stuff, but modern day terminology and issues, whether woke or otherwise, have no place in a medieval fantasy. Deliberately ignoring this aspect is ignoring a great part of what makes many dialogues and scenes cringy and awful in games like this, where creators worry more about agendas than the reality of the story they're telling. I am a hardcore fan of the series and I'll never forgive what they did here.

The writing in this game is fucking AWFUL! I am a long-standing Dragon Age fan since Origins and this is by far the worst writing of the lot. In fact, I can't think of another game with worse writing, period. There is more quality writing dialogue choices in the first hour of Origins than there is in the entirety of Veilguard.

Sounds a lot like the piece of crap insult to crpgs, baldur's gate 3.
