Bernina Record 830 Timing Adjustment
Hi there, do you have or can you make a video for the Worlde Orca 48 push pad with Ableton.
I am not very familiar with pads. I purchased two, a Samson Conspiracy and a Synido TempoPad but I have not learned enough to make a good video about either. I will keep trying, kind regards.
Best video for Worlde products ever. Thank you so much 😊
Wow! Thank you so very much, cheers.
@ unfortunately I am stuck in hospital for the next couple of days but I will be using your videos as soon as I get back home 🙌
Amazing video thank you so much, this was really helpful.
Greetings Jorge! I'm glad you found it helpful, cheers.

Thank you for putting this together. I wanted my Alesia to master another instrument, Yamaha CP Reface. Would I need to use the software to do so? I attempted to hook up the Alesis to my Yamaha and I get no sound. 20:33

Greeting Darushiokan! It is difficult to adjust something when you do not know how it works, cheers.
hello sir, i have the same psr e313 but i connected it with my PC using FL STUDIO and CUBASE 5 but the input is delaying. if i click my keyboard note twice, it will take time before the second strike will respond.
Greetings James! This sounds like a latency problem. You may need to use a low-latency audio driver like ASIO4All. Sometimes changing the buffer size may help. Try making it small. I use DirectX for sound without a problem, cheers.
@@cipstechitips1574 Hello, I'm experiencing the same issue. I couldn't understand how I can solve it. Do you have any ideas?
It worked!!Thank you very much!!
Greetings Marceloroland14150! I am glad to hear it worked for you, cheers.
How do you change the velocity of the drum pads? Can't figure it out for the life of me! Great video though even 2 years on, thanks :)
Greeting Vulrhund! At the M-Audio website you can find the Qxygen MKV Preset Editor for PC/Mac. The Editor has two tabs: Preset and Global. Global will allow you to manage the Key Sensitivity and Pad Sensitivity and many other attributes. I am sorry I do not have a video for this, cheers.
Greetings Vulrhund! This is from page 8 of the manual which is available at the M-Audio website: Try this, press a few of the Pads before you begin. 1. Press the Edit button. 2. Press the Velocity Curve (Vel Curve) key (press the Velocity Curve key twice to edit pad velocity settings). The LED display will show the current velocity curve (for example, ".C.0.2"). 3. Type the Velocity Curve number (1 through 7) using the number keys. 4. Press the Enter key. - or - 1. Press the Edit button. 2. Press the Velocity Curve (Vel Curve) key (press Velocity Curve key twice to edit pad velocity settings). The LED display will show the current velocity curve (for example, ".C.0.2"). 3. Use the "<" or ">" buttons to scroll through the Velocity Curves (C1 through F3). 4. Press the Enter key.
Wow! Thank you so much!!!
Greeting Cole! I hope you found this video useful, cheers.
Hi i found one of these does this thing have a internal speaker? The one i got is kinda abused
Greetings Daniel! This is a MIDI controller device. The unit does not have a voice or a speaker. It must be attached to a PC with digital audio workstation software, cheers.

See other response.
Hi I have 49 key m audio mk3 but not recognized windows 10 I change the port doesn't work. So how can I help
Hello David! Most of these KeyStation 49 are quite old. The USB socket is easy to damage. You can try several different connector cables hoping one will work. Does it show any life signs? Do any LED's blink or does Window try to identify it? Most of the time it needs to be replaced, cheers.
@@cipstechitips1574 windows 10 does not recognized and I change the port cable but sill problem
I have the keystation 49 too on win 10 ... the keyboard must be switched on BEFORE any daw software... both FLstudio & samplitude see it , BUT it must be enabled in the system/options
Thanks for the video do I need a computer to play my keyboard
Greeting Chris! Yes.=, these are MIDI Controllers. This MIDI does not have a voice. The Digital Audio Workstation provide instruments and effects, cheers.

Greetings GHS Beatz! I am glad to hear you found the video useful, stay cool.
Hi, i have a question. I bought this keyboard and i tested. The first knob doesn't respond at the midi map. I tested in reaper and kontakt. You have a solution for this?
Greeting Julian! Is the problem only the first knob MIDI mapping in Ableton Live? Does in work in Reaper and Kontakt?
@@cipstechitips1574 it doesn't work in any software. I tested in Fl, Reaper, Kontakt and nothing...
It sounds like the knob is broken. Ableton Live has a monitor indicator in the upper right hand corner. It should blink anytime any control is turned or pressed. You may need to take it to a technician or a friend that knows about soldering. The knob may have a bad connection with the printed circuit board (PCB).
@@cipstechitips1574 Thank you for your answer, im going to change this model for the same and wait for a solution. Greetings🫶🏻.
I didn't realize you did Ableton Live. Cool .
It was a freebee with my first Alesis MIDI.
Hey Cip, Appreciate the reviews.
Thanks Marcus, I appreciate the comment, cheers.
Hey Cip watching your video thanks for posting!!
That is great, thanks.
Nice score!!!!
Greetings Nntbist! This seems to be common problem. This is the third USB connector I have replaced: 2 M-Audio and 1Alesis. The USB connector only cost about $1 USD, cheers.
Love the videos! you seem to have one on every MIDI Keyboard I'm curious about
Greetings Bear Girl Summer! I pick many MIDI's because I am curious about them, but many I just find them in thrift stores or clearance section of music stores. I like tinkering with broken things; hoping I can make them work again, cheers.
I Heard good things about the Akai keyboard,so I bought one!!!
Greeting Roy! Sound like a good choice, cheers.
Saw the video on the Worlde Tuna Midi. Appreciate the review.

Hi Cip! just stumbling on this video while I'm trying to figure out how to use my MPK Mini/MPC Beats. looks like you've got a great channel!
Greeting GBSpiral! Thanks, I am always trying to make videos to help people, cheers.
I have a problem. The M-Audio 49e works on the USB port normally, but the Midi out goes crazy, all the keys keep playing all the time. Can you help please. Greetings.
Do you have a sustain pedal attached?
@@cipstechitips1574 I don't have a pedal. I tried to connect the Midi master to another keyboard (Korg pa1x) via MIDI IN-OUT, and then it doesn't happen, but sometimes a note just stays playing even after I release the key.

Thank you so much, yes, it was very useful
Howdy! I am glad it was helpful, cheers.
V1: 40 V2: 20 V3: 15 V4: 5 Actually, at least on my device, it’s the exact other way around! At first V1 is the lowest and V4 the highest! Second: the higher the value, the less effort is needed. The way I figured a fine working setting for me, was to visualize the incoming Velocity in Ableton Live (Instrument, chain list and then hit the velocity box at the top). Then go from V1 40 to the V2 and find the sensitivity you want to trigger V2 (second sample), go on with V3 and V4 the same way. Hope that helps.
Greeting Marco! Thanks for the comment. I re-checked mine: K1=V1, 40 max...K4=V4, 1.0 min. It is a Akai Professional MPKmini MK3. Good information thanks, cheers.
@@cipstechitips1574 That‘s actually interesting. Mine is a MPK Mini MK3 as well. It should be the same device. I don’t know if they sell different versions to the US than to Europe. I’m from Germany and I got mine on Amazon. Had to send it back, yesterday, because one of the black keys didn’t work properly. So I’m looking forward to getting the one with three octaves (because I found those two octaves a little limiting when playing with two hands). I’m curious how the velocity issue will behave on that one in comparison.
@@marco1941 Been to Germany several times. A very lovely country.
