Why are those five singers on the couch so surprised? They are professional singers of different genres, and did not really know what to expect, but were expected to be surprised. Then on the first line Floor sings, they already got their first shivers and goosebumps, just like me. Then on the second line she sings "there" (in my mind) she sings it in the symphonic metal Nightwish way. That's awkward, but at the same time very fitting with the meaning of the line in this song. The new surprise here is that this is a "new" version of the song that they have created. Also it becomes clear that they are not just singing the song, but really performing theater. Not surprising when musical man Henk Poort does that, but when a metal music singer they have first learned to know this week does it, that's something else. Later in the song Henk starts to sing his part with a lot of power and in a truly metal way no one had expected. Even Floor looks surprised. It is said that Henk had learned that that week. For the rest of the song, well, you never get used to goosebumps, chills and holy shivers.

Floor was making a costume change while they played this instrumental. Getting rid of those leather pants she wore for the first 46 minutes. And she had a costume malfunction, was a tiny bit late for 'Bless the child'. She had a zipper on the left side and was an inch or more short of closing in her armpit. It was noticeable in 'Bless the Child'. She didn't get it fixed until the interlude of Ghost Love Score.

My Dad borrowed the album Great Western Movie Themes from the library when I was a child in the 70s. My favourite tracks were The Good, The Bad and the Ugly and The Big Country. I was brought to tears by the brilliance of this Orchestra. And I will pay good money to travel and see them. I will even hire a Tux for the occasion. They are spectacular

September 1st 2021 i went to Floor her concert (would have been in october 2020 but because of Covid it changed almost a whole year later) and Henk Poort was special quest. In december 2022 i went to Henk Poort his own concert, was on front row, and was amazing as well! Have a picture with him together after his concert. I love your reaction!

I saw the movie while I was in college; sometime around 1968. This is two cuts from the original score: the Main Theme and "The Ecstacy of Gold". If I remember rightly, the Main Theme as played here is a very close rendition of the original soundtrack version. The music was absolutely different from everything else playing way back then.
