Aidan, I've been following your content for many months now. Both here and on Instagram. And every single time one of your videos popped up on my feed with "things that make me smile".... it automatically drew a smile on my own face. Also, your voice is so soothing and calm. It inspires so much. Even though I am not filming as you did, but I did actually start practicing the gratitude exercise. Whenever I see certain things that bring me joy, I smile and take it all in. It has helped me a lot during pretty difficult and dark times that I've been having lately. So, I just want to say that you are such an inspiration. Keep doing you, just as you are. Thanks for the hard work on your channel and being such a great person. Cheers from Santiago de Chile!
I'm so, so happy to hear this. Your message is my today's 'thing that made me smile'. Honestly, this had made my day. Firstly, I'm glad the exercise helped you through your more challenging times, this is wonderful to hear. Secondly, I've been questioning UA-cam a lot recently. It's hard to keep going when you don't find the success you desire, over years and years. Yet, it's times like these and comments like yours that remind me to not only keep going, but also that there's likeminded people like yourself out there for whom I'm making videos for. Thanks for watching and thanks again for this brilliant message. Great to hear you're doing well. 🙏🏼
@@AidanBelizaire it’s such an honor to be today’s thing that made you smile. Yes, UA-cam is so rewarding at moments, but so challenging at other times… I’ve been trying to keep discipline on my own channel as well. And it’s been quite a ride. And it is effectively the community that one ends up building that keeps you pushing forward. So keep it up, you’re doing great work so far! 💪🏼
You made my day with this video Aidan! “Thank you for being you.” Life is an amazing journey and if we take the moment for the little moments, we fuel ourselves with endless positive energy. Thanks for being a positive beacon on the platform :)
Awesome video Aidan! I remember seeing all of your smiling shorts on IG and I absolutely adore them! I'm grateful for your videos and your friendship! Keep up the good work!
Awesome video as always, I love how often food makes it into your daily gratitude list, I can relate to that 😊😊 Also, you did V dirty with the cinnamon bun appreciation 😂
I’ve been listening to David Foster Wallace’s This Is Water speech regularly for the last 18 months or so. It is inspiring. Listening to it on here has led to this wonderful video being suggested to me, I think. I can see the parallels between the late man’s speech and your daily practice of gratitude. He talks about ‘choosing’ to not be annoyed by consumer hell type situations. You are choosing gratitude and happiness. Wonderful video and advice. A quick snap or video is a great way to record it too.
Fantastic, I'll give it a listen later! Thanks for the recommendation and thanks for taking the time to watch, I'm glad you enjoyed it. Have a great day!
I followed your 100 day journey, and as cynical as I am, I quite enjoyed it. It's really nice to watch it all come together and culminate with this video. You're an inspiration bro ❤
Thanks man. I greatly appreciate you dude. You've always got my back and always support me. Right now I really need that so, thank you again. And again, and again. 🙌🏽
Everytime I watch your videos I am so impressed by the amount of EFFORT and DEDICATION you put into each shot! If you've never filmed anything yourself you might not know how much work Aidan must be putting into his videos. Give the doggo a hug from me ;-)
Thanks so much and thanks for taking the time to watch! Yeah, these videos take me 40 - 80 hours, depending on the complexity. A lot of effort but it's worth it when I see people enjoying them or know the topic has helped someone! 🙌🏽 As for the doggos, oh you better believe they'll be getting all the hugs haha! 😜 How're you doing today? Everything ok where you are?
I have been thinking about incorporating gratitude into my daily routine and this is the perfect way for me, because I have felt hesitant to get a gratitude journal - just in case it doesn't stick. But I'm already thrilled to give this challenge a go. Thank you for sharing. P.S. I really enjoyed the clips you shared, they are 100% some of the things that would bring me joy.
@@LovedGirlMag this is fantastic to hear! Do let me know how it goes! I always start off journals strong, but can never make them stick. There’s something different about the visual for me, perhaps for you too! Hey how’s Silver Sage going??
I LOVE THIS!!! Well done! It looks like sandwiches really make you happy! 😆 I think I'm stealing this idea except from the viewpoint of a chick that never leaves her house! Do you mind? By the way - "Authentic American Chicken & Biscuits"... Um....yeah. Never had that in my life, my friend. That's not a thing. 🤣😂
Great video apart from that really irritating voice between 6:08-6:16 of the video. Whoever it is sounds proper common. I’d hate it if I sounded like that when I talked…. Oh, wait a sec…. Keep up the good work, you’re an inspiration to us all. ✌🏻❤️
Thoroughly enjoyable watch. This is such a brilliant idea!
@@adamhusk633 thanks dude. I always find it easier if I can lower the barriers to entry. 👌🏽👌🏽
Great video again hombre!
Love you bro! Thanks for watching! We need to get you in a video soon!
