Their latest album: Another Life is really good. It got me listening back to their music and singles they’ve put out. Not to mention their own solo music endeavors they had. I never really brought their CD’s but I wasn’t the type of girl to go to concerts and gush over boy bands either. 🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️

What happened is the same thing that would have happened if Miley tried to continue as Hannah Montana. It's not that complicated. To say they "flopped" because they did well with the target nickelodeon demographic is kind of a wild take. Sorry you don't like the show btw 😂

Because she didn’t deserve to be worse, she was she was a full-blown narcissist. She really did think she was better than what she was for. Some reason. I’ll be honest. It’s not like she had a Mariah Carey voice the way her deluded fans will tell you I always knew there was something off with herfrom watching her years ago was never a fan. Glad people call her out for her bigotry hypocrisy double standards, racism homophobia.

As a pop fan I really enjoyed Louder back then, but I get the criticism about it being over produced and her voice being to much for these kind of songs…. I think they went this route to make her more radio friendly but it didn’t connect, also its release felt close to Cory’s death so I think they didn’t know how to conduct the promotion of the album (if I’m remembering the timeline right)… her second album was much more suited for her but it didn’t click with me, I feel like it was for much mature audiences but I’m guessing her coming from a teen/young adult fanbase it was difficult to promote her like that

it was such a good album tho. i just love the 2010’s sound so the replayablility for me is extremely high. plus im a dance track girlie & was a teen who stanned them & was now an adult when he released this so it felt as if i was growing with him

The Jonas Brothers are just in this weird space because they came to fame and riches off the back of their early banger rock sound, but most of the stuff since is sort of watered down pop/r&b so there's that long term disconnect from people who want to hear them make more rock leaning music again

Ok so this is so random but listened to this album after watching the video and I work at a clothing store in the UK and I just realised whoever picks the music they play in the store loves this album like they play so many songs from it and I didn’t even notice it was Nick Jonas so at least it’s getting played somewhere 😭

They also failed Victoria Justice <3 glad Big Time Rush is still very trending as they tour! Wish they would take take her as a opener like in the older days :(

This group just felt like Jonas Brothers 2.0. If other members got to sing lead besides Joe maybe that would’ve helped them stand out and in a way become the “Ace Of Base” or “Starship” of the 2010’s. They were destined to be a one hit wonder the moment “Cake By The Ocean” blew up

It always seemed just a boring side hustle vanity project designed to keep Joe in the spotlight while the other two Jonai did other things... It wasn't bad or anything just unsustainable especially when the lead singer always has one foot out the door...

I feel people assumed their albums were soundtracks for the show, rather than music meant to be self contained. Big Time Movie was Nickelodeon´s highest rated show ever, so i think¡ Nick was always more interested in the show, which seemed to have a higher budget than their multi camera sitcoms and was similar to Ned´s Declassified, created by the same guy.

I loved cake by the ocean and the album was very fun

Instead of marketing the show to kids and tweens, Nickelodeon should've aged it up a group and marketed it towards tweens and teens. Kids aren't buying their CDs or (mostly) not going to their concerts, it's that 10-17 age group that made 1D a success. Another factor is that they didn't have much promotion and the show didn't make it clear that they were an actual band. I remember being confused as a tween wether they were just a Nickelodeon act or not, they could've played an ad for their album right after every episode or so...

Ouuuu their tiktoks are super cringe lol Yeah their show did make them look too comical for me.
